Wellness descends upon arrival at this hotel. I must say we were blown away - by the design and experience. This was an excellent hotel and environment and one of the best stays in Taipei our family had. There is welcome snacks and drinks and a very serene peaceful space in every corner of the hotel. We enjoyed the quiet ambience and respectful service by the various staff. The in-room onsen bath is a highlight of the stay. And the beds (we had a large king) was simply divine. The mattress topper was superb, firm and yet supportive and comfortable. The variety of pillows available made our sleep sweet. I have to commend the quality of bedding - it is excellent! The decor and room is elegantly well-designed with thoughtful details, we appreciated it so much. I would definitely come back to Beitou again just to stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Der Service war furchtbar. Ich hatte in diesem Hotel zwei Mahlzeiten gebucht. Zum Abendessen sagten sie, wir könnten nicht das teure Menü bestellen, also bestellten wir nur das, was sie uns empfohlen hatten. Die Austern waren nicht sehr frisch und die Suppe war so püriert, dass sie keinen Geschmack hatte. Das Essen hat uns nicht besonders geschmeckt und als wir fertig waren, bekamen wir die Rechnung mit einem Aufpreis. Ich fragte die Dame, wofür dieser Aufpreis sei, aber die Dame wusste zunächst nicht, was los war. Dann rief sie eine andere ältere Dame, die zu uns zurückkam und erklärte: „Das von Ihnen bestellte Menü war eigentlich nicht in Ihrem Essensplan enthalten. Aber das ist okay, da es unser Fehler ist, werden wir es Ihnen nicht in Rechnung stellen. Es ist okay, wir übernehmen diese zusätzlichen Kosten.“ Ich hatte das Gefühl … sie erlauben uns nicht großzügig etwas oder bieten uns keine Dienstleistungen an. Das war so unangenehm. Und der Typ, der im Spa-Bereich im 2. Stock arbeitet, war so unhöflich. Cheng? Chen? Er war so unhöflich und nicht gerade nett. Was den Außen-Spa (Pool?) betrifft, so weiß ich, dass viele andere Hotel-Spas das Tragen einer Duschhaube erlauben, aber sie sagten, ich solle mir eine Badekappe kaufen. Das war so streng, dass wir trotz Badeanzügen den Außen-Spa (Pool?) nicht nutzen konnten. Ich habe fast 600 $ bezahlt, und dieses Hotel hat diesen Betrag nicht verdient. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Stellen Sie also sicher, dass Sie ein tragbares Ladegerät mitbringen, wenn Sie nicht von Ihrem Telefon getrennt sein möchten. Ein anderer Rat wäre eher ein Genuss, wenn sie eine Gesichtsmaske und Schlafkleidung zur Verfügung stellen würden. Der Grund, warum ich dies vorschlagen würde, ist, dass ein anderes Konkurrenzhotel von ihnen sehr rücksichtsvolle Toilettenartikel für die Damen zur Verfügung stellte, und ich denke, das war ein RIESIGES Plus für mich, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir viel Geld für eine Nacht ausgegeben haben. Wie auch immer, Villa 32 ist insgesamt großartig, wenn Sie nur ein paar Stunden zum Entspannen verbringen möchten.

Their service is incredibly awesome. I wish i can stay there for a few more nights. When the time you walk in, they will service you until you leave the hotel. They helped us to book a car and helped us check if there is locker at the stations, so we don’t need to walk a long way back and collect our luggage again as it is raining.

Sweetme Hotspring Resort is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Xinbeitou Station and conveniently close to many restaurants. One of the highlights of the stay was the spa experience. Guests can enjoy both the private in-room hot spring and the public spa facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was another strong point, with a good selection of food to start the day right. Overall, Sweetme Hotspring Resort delivers a well-rounded experience with great amenities, a prime location, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

Für ein Hotel mit langer Geschichte gilt es als gut, mit ausreichend Sauberkeit, Licht und Platz. Unsere vierköpfige Familie blieb zwei Tage dort und genossen die natürliche, weiße Schwefelquelle im Innenbereich, obwohl es kein Open-Air-Hotel war Badewanne, aber es gibt hohe Fenster, tagsüber scheint Sonnenlicht hinein und die Badewanne ist nicht zu klein, was sehr komfortabel ist! Leider gibt es im Zimmer keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung und Handtüchern, sodass das Umziehen etwas umständlich ist! Die Bodenmatte im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem, man kann sich sofort hinlegen und ausruhen. Es fühlt sich an wie ein freier und bequemer Ort. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über einen Privatwagen mit 9 Sitzplätzen, der Sie vom und zum Hotel bringt, was sehr komfortabel und praktisch ist! Das Wichtigste, was es zu verbessern gilt, ist möglicherweise das Frühstück. Es gibt hauptsächlich weißen Brei mit etwas Gemüse und Belag.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof Xinbeitou Gegenüber liegt der Beitou-Park und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt das Thermalquellen-Museum. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr sauber Ich habe mich für ein Deluxe-Zimmer entschieden. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Außenbereich und ist sehr komfortabel. Der Thermalpool vor dem Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel. Das einzig Coole ist der Service Als das Personal den Empfangsschalter des Hotels betrat, sagte es weder Hallo noch lächelte es. Er sprach sehr schnell, als er die Einrichtungen im Hotel vorstellte. Ich stellte ihm oft Fragen, die ich nicht verstand, und er sah ungeduldig aus.

Das Hotel ist recht sauber, einige Einrichtungen waren beschädigt, aber das Personal kam nach einem Anruf schnell, um sie zu ersetzen. Der Nachmittagstee ist eines der Verkaufsargumente und die Kinder hatten Spaß daran, ihn selbst zuzubereiten. Es gibt ein kleines Spielzimmer, in dem sich Erwachsene im Restaurant unterhalten können, während die Kinder alleine spielen, was ziemlich nett ist. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Xinbeitou, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, und Sie können die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Xinbeitou zu Fuß erreichen.
