The Michelin restaurant is very good, recommends their vegetarian 紅油豆腐絲 and 排骨酥。 service is top notch, amenities is can be have more variety especially gym area equipment can be better. Best is to request higher floor for a better view. Level 2 is view consider no view as facing the main road, hence no privacy.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience at Hotel Royal Beitou. The hotel’s location is superb, conveniently close to the train station and various tourist attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The pricing is also very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. The room was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with a wide range of facilities and amenities that catered to all my needs. The in-room toiletries, especially the shower products, were of high quality and a pleasure to use. I also appreciated the thoughtful additions such as scented candles, a sound system, a dehumidifier, and unique snacks and beverages. The only minor issue was that the TV’s internet connection was down, which prevented me from watching any programs. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Upon check-in, they took the time to introduce all the room facilities in detail, which was very helpful. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. Overall, my stay at Hotel Royal Beitou was a delightful experience, thanks to its prime location, well-appointed rooms, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Beitou for hot spring relaxation.

Fünf-Sterne-Hotelservice! Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise musste ich nicht mit meinem Gepäck umgehen, dank des bequemen Tür-zu-Tür-Service. Jeden Nachmittag bot das Hotel schöne Desserts im Zimmer. Die Kaffee- und Teemaschine dauerte etwas Zeit, um sich daran gewöhnt zu werden, aber es war wunderbar, wann immer im Zimmer warme oder kalte Getränke zu haben. Die heiße Frühlingszone hatte auch eine entspannende Lounge mit einer Vielzahl von Teen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt.

Der Service, das Essen, der Whirlpool waren ausgezeichnet und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Das einzige, was ich mir hätte besser wünschen können, sind die Steckdosen, an die ich mein Telefon anschließen kann. Im Schlafzimmer/Schlafzimmer konnten wir keines finden (japanische Tatami). Stellen Sie also sicher, dass Sie ein tragbares Ladegerät mitbringen, wenn Sie nicht von Ihrem Telefon getrennt sein möchten. Ein anderer Rat wäre eher ein Genuss, wenn sie eine Gesichtsmaske und Schlafkleidung zur Verfügung stellen würden. Der Grund, warum ich dies vorschlagen würde, ist, dass ein anderes Konkurrenzhotel von ihnen sehr rücksichtsvolle Toilettenartikel für die Damen zur Verfügung stellte, und ich denke, das war ein RIESIGES Plus für mich, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir viel Geld für eine Nacht ausgegeben haben. Wie auch immer, Villa 32 ist insgesamt großartig, wenn Sie nur ein paar Stunden zum Entspannen verbringen möchten.

Sweetme Hotspring Resort is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Xinbeitou Station and conveniently close to many restaurants. One of the highlights of the stay was the spa experience. Guests can enjoy both the private in-room hot spring and the public spa facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was another strong point, with a good selection of food to start the day right. Overall, Sweetme Hotspring Resort delivers a well-rounded experience with great amenities, a prime location, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

Die Hotelzimmer liegen in der Nähe der MRT-Station Xinbeitou und verfügen über Whirlpools mit Thermalquellen. Überraschenderweise verfügt das Hotel nicht über eine Thermalbadewanne im Freien, wie das Sanle Hot Spring Hotel, in dem ich zuvor übernachtet habe. Unten gibt es Carrefour zum bequemen Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln sowie KFC und Hot Spring Ramen. Sie können auch zu Fuß zur Bibliothek, zum Thermalquellenmuseum und zum Geothermietal gehen. Für den Steckdosenkonverter ist eine Kaution von 200 NT$ erforderlich.

Der Service des Schalterpersonals ist freundlich und großartig, Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch etwas weit vom MRT-Bereich Xinbeitou entfernt. Das Erscheinungsbild ist neuartig, aber die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist alt und es gibt keine anderen Einrichtungen. Es handelt sich um eine reine Suite mit Thermalquellen. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß und der dunkle Boden und die dunklen Fliesen im Toiletten- und Duschraum sorgen für eine gute Innenbeleuchtung Dimmen Sie das Fluchtlicht an der Tür des Schlafzimmers, aber es ist wie eine Straßenlaterne, die den ganzen Raum beleuchtet und den Schlaf ernsthaft beeinträchtigt. Chinesisches und westliches Frühstück, sieht gut aus, schmeckt aber mittelmäßig

The private onsen & public one are both very nice! Feel relaxed after using them. Tried dinner (a la carte) at 2/f restaurant. Can tell that their chef is very professional & even clam soup,  fried veggie & avo burdock roll taste so good. Breakfast is so-so. Too many carbs & sweet stuff (& not many protein to choose from). Moreover, steamed sweet potatoes & veggie are cold & some with sour taste - so assume they are not fresh or over-cooked. But overall very positive experience & will find time to visit again.

Es gibt ein kleines Spielzimmer, in dem sich Erwachsene im Restaurant unterhalten können, während die Kinder alleine spielen, was ziemlich nett ist. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Xinbeitou, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, und Sie können die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Xinbeitou zu Fuß erreichen.
