Sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Es gibt fast 3.000 Zimmer ohne die grundlegendsten Dienstleistungen. Es gibt kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer für Behinderte, ohne dass man darüber Bescheid weiß. Das Zimmer ist überfüllt, aber die Toilette ist gruselig! Das Fitnessstudio war erbärmlich klein, das Frühstück bestand aus einem dürftigen festen Menü, es gab keinen Portier und man konnte keine Taxis bekommen! Das Witzigste ist die Einstellung des Personals an der Rezeption, das so arrogant ist, dass es Sie bedienen muss! Sogar ein falsches Lächeln ist so gezwungen! ! Das Ärgerlichste ist: Nach Rücksprache mit dem Taxifahrer (ebenso frustrierend, im Jahr 2023 hat der Fahrer es gewagt, unverhohlen 50 für einen Fahrpreis von 30 Yuan zu verlangen!), sagte mir die Rezeption: „Täusche ich mich? Es gibt auch eine Gebühr.“ für Gepäck! ! ! ***Wer hat Angst? Ich verstehe nicht, was auf dem Ticket steht? Ich bin nicht zur Schule gegangen oder du bist nicht zur Schule gegangen! Wenn Sie Gäste nicht gut empfangen wollen, dann schließen Sie frühzeitig die Tür! !

Big hotel with fancy lobby, however the location is not easy as it is situated between apartments

Walking distance to MTR and staff are very friendly. Room very cozy with living room and kitchenware. Huge hotel room compared with others hotel in Hong Kong.

Boutique hotel with friendly staff, who upgraded me to executive room upon check-in, room is so spacious that like none of other hotels I stayed in downtown, highly recommend. A few minutes walk to shopping center and a sports park, plus riverside walk, perfect environment

Overall a great stay, Did find the facilities a bit dated compared to other places I stayed at for similar pricing, mostly the need for outlet converters for all outlets rather than the international outlet ready outlets. The Washing machines are also dated, needing to use handful of coins to operate each cycle.

This hotel is just fantastic! Must visit . Wanna stay here more😅 the rooms are humongous. The bathroom is just unbelievable. I bet you can never find showers like that. Just wow

Nice hotel and will visit once again

Reopen hotel This hotel is so grand that u think u are living not in a hotel room but feels like living in a luxurious mansion. Very high privacy, extremely spacious, comfortable and quiet. The room with living area, walking closet, and kitchen which like a suite. Two things that can be improved is that the TV should installed with chromcast and provide shuttle bus to mtr station as it is quite far from it.

Location was not the best for getting to the metro, but the walk was worth it. There are some malls nearby with many restaurants and stores. The room was massive and by far the best I've stayed at. Will come again for sure.
