Arrived at the hotel and the room was not ready which was fair enough, as I was very early. They let me put my bags into the storage compartment. Advised to return at check in time. When I arrived there was a problem with the pre payment I had made and they seemed unable to proceed unless I paid them again. It was not great service at all and left me out of pocket more so.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasted fine 😊

I’d rather say that this is one of the best hotels in Glasgow, and the hotel gym and the breakfast are the top in Glasgow.

Not a bad hotel! I was fortunate enough to be granted an early check in which was very much appreciated. Hotel is very close to Glasgow Central, but the downside however is that the noise from the train can be loud at times. Overall good stay and very value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they sure went the extra mile to help us. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Everything you could want from a hotel room. Great breakfast service, large variety and very good quality. The hotel is situated close to the station and shopping area.

The accommodation was fantastic. Check-in was easy. The restaurant in the lobby though has poor service and it's way overpriced.

The room is spacious and clean. Location is within walking distance to most of the places we go for eating and shopping. it is near train station so at night u can hear the sound of the trains at times depending on the rooms u get I guess (wasn't problem for me). The view was nice from the room. Tried their breakfast and it was nice too.

A great 1 night stay in Glasgow. Comfortable room, right on the River Clyde. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby along with shopping. Great access to Glasgow Central Station.

Other than the noise of the hotel guests next to us and nothing done when tired to tell reception about it, our stay was great

Check in online was great. Got the room a bit earlier than the 3pm. Room was a good size due to being fitted for disability. Bed comfy. Walls very thin tho!  Didnt have the breky as Weatherspoons next door at half the price(dont jusge me🤣) Needs more coffee pods that the staff gave me. It seemed very. Busy with start of xmas party season.

Leonardo is in city centre and near St enorch subway and Glasgow central station.

This hotel is well located close to the main train stations and city centre. It is very clean with good breakfast and room service.

Lovely and helpful staff, high level standards! I’m so excited to come back on 6th Dec 🥹🫶🏼❤️
