Wir hatten das Zimmer für Behinderte und wir lieben es, weil es riesig ist! Vor allem das Badezimmer!!! Wir werden es wieder buchen und bitte gib mir das gleiche Zimmer 😁

Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich eingecheckt habe. Das Personal war beim Einchecken sehr gut. Obwohl das Zimmer nicht allzu groß war, als ich das Zimmer betrat, war der Spatz klein und gepflegt, aber sauber.

Kleines Zimmer mit kleiner Toilette, muss reinrutschen, um die Tür zu schließen, aber alles andere ist schön?

Overall is ok … just not so convenient for calling taxi as there is drop off / pick up area near the hotel Air conditioner was very very cold … and was not adjustable

The hotel is quite central in location. There’s Starbucks next to it. However there are a lot of stairs and is not accessible to individuals who could use ramps, like travellers with large suitcases or disabled. There’s steps leading to the check-in lounge, steps to go up to the lifts and from the lifts on each floor to the rooms. The room is clean and of a good size. However, mine is right next to the main road and is very noisy. At night, there’s a low ringing noise that came in every 10s - I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all. The housekeeping is ok - but they missed some items after they cleaned up the room - they did not replenish the slippers, the toothbrushes, and the bath essentials. One of the towels had a lipstick mark on it. I had to go to the front desk to get them, but the front desk is very helpful. On the last day when I wanted to check out, the front desk personnel is missing and I had to wait about 15min for the person to return.

Apart from the steps at the entrance that makes moving heavy luggage cumbersome, everything was great, location, room size and cleanliness.

No service at all. The fire alarm all of a sudden ring at mid-night while no one pick up the phone to let us know what we should do.

Really small room with a really annoying buzzing sound (room 0201) that kept me awake. The mattress was also very hard, not a great hotel.

Really friendly front desk, housekeepers were helpful and can speak English. Will come back again.

Overall good staying experience and room provided with all the necessity. Comfort bed and staffs are welcoming. Will visit again.

Very clean rooms and tidy. Just a bit far from the MTR station but very convenient and close to other establishments.

Overall good location n pleasant stays

It was a good stay.. though being on the 2nd floor with floor to ceiling windows facing ki NGS road felt like I was standing on the road itself :) maybe next time I'll request a higher floor to get a better experience of the massive windows... All good though..
