Our stay at Riad Ksar Agdid was truly special, and it felt much more like being welcomed into a warm home than staying in a hotel. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but here everything felt easy and comfortable. The riad has a calm, cosy stylish atmosphere where both adults and kids can relax, and we immediately felt safe, cared for, and at ease. What made the experience unforgettable was Raschida. She is a true gem of this place — incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. She has a natural way of making you feel looked after without ever being intrusive. Her cooking and especially mint tea is delicious! The knowledge of Marrakech is impressive, and her recommendations were always spot on, helping us discover wonderful places we would have never found on our own. It felt like having a trusted local friend guiding us through the city. Thanks to her and the overall atmosphere of the riad, our family stay was not just comfortable, but full of warmth and beautiful memories. We would return without hesitation!

Everyday at Riad Jamaique was nothing but beautiful. Yassine and his team are pleasant, accommodating and kind. They all went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The rooms were clean with lots of supplies and the breakfast i always looked forward to. Yassine was there to receive me using a paid transfer he had organised for me, welcomed me with tea and water, explored the map with me to move around, planned some activities with me. He was indeed a helpful part of my trip. I called him severally when lost or needed help when outside and he went above and beyond. Although its tucked inside the medina, I felt safe walking even past midnight all by myself and its close to all amenities as I did not have to take taxi for any activities. I really can't over emphasise my stay here and would always come back to.stay here whenever I visit again and would recommend always.

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt hier, die Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich und hilfreich!! Danke Abdu, Hamza und Ahmed für unseren Aufenthalt so komfortabel :) Sie gab uns Tipps zu tun und zu vermeiden und ziehen sie auf der Karte für uns! Das Zimmer war schön, ein wenig trüb, aber nicht zu viel von einem Problem insgesamt. Das Badezimmer war sauber und hatte die grundlegende Dusche. Das Zimmer selbst war angemessen in Größe und nicht zu laut (Man kann etwas von außerhalb des Zimmers hören, aber es war nicht störend). Es gibt einen Dachboden, wo Sie sitzen und entspannen, wir hatten dort Abend etwas Mädeltee und es war schön und ruhig. Sie servierten jeden Tag etwas anderes Frühstück, das schön war, z.B. Omelette, Obst, Joghurt und marokkanisches Brot/Pancake. Sie gab uns Orangensaft und eine Auswahl an Tee oder Kaffee. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, ziemlich nahe den Märkten, aber Sie müssen ein wenig von der Straße und in einigen Straßen wandeln, bevor Sie die Riad erreichen. Sie werden einige Katzen in den Straßen auf dem Weg zum Riad sehen und das war etwas, was wir immer auf Haha warten

Stayed at Riad Argan and honestly… this place exceeded our expectations 🇲🇦✨ Everything about the stay was wonderful. The riad itself feels modern and comfortable, but still beautifully preserves the traditional Moroccan riad atmosphere and charm. It gave us the best of both worlds — modern comfort with authentic Marrakech vibes. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was very comfortable, and the entire riad felt peaceful despite being in the busy city of Marrakech. What we loved most was the atmosphere — calm, cozy, and aesthetically beautiful. After walking around the chaotic souks and Medina all day, coming back here felt so relaxing. Truly one of the highlights of our Marrakech stay. Would definitely come back again 🤍

Ein absolut traumhaftes Hotel! Überall professionelles und freundliches Personal. Sowohl das Frühstückspersonal als auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren überaus zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerreinigung sorgte jeden Tag für ein makellos sauberes Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Hammam-Massage, die einfach himmlisch war. Die beiden Masseure waren so gut, dass ich ihnen 10 von 10 Punkten geben muss. Ich habe schon einige Massagen genossen, aber keine war so gut wie diese. Auch die Gesichtsbehandlungen waren perfekt (10 von 10 Punkten). Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen. Ich bin nur von mir selbst enttäuscht, da ich mich nur an den Namen eines Mitarbeiters erinnern kann: Abderrahim, der Nachtrezeptionist. Es gab aber viele andere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die mit viel Engagement und Hingabe bei der Sache waren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und genießen dann wieder ein Hammam. Mit Abstand das beste Hotel der letzten fünf Jahre. Schade, dass ich keine weiteren Fotos hochladen kann.

Das ist ein fantastisches Riad, in einer ruhigen Straße, von der Hauptmedina in lebendiger Marrakesch. Ich hatte hier eine wunderbare Zeit zu bleiben - es fühlte sich so intim, aufmerksam und personalisiert. Es gibt nur sieben Zimmer, die eine unglaublich ruhige Atmosphäre geschaffen haben, besonders nach einem Tag, der die endlosen Söhne von Marrakesch navigiert! Das Frühstück im Preis ist ein wunderbarer Touch - und es war absolut lecker - frisch jeden Morgen gemacht und schön serviert. Das Innendesign von Riad Tahyra ist ein Spektakel - die Komplexität der Fliesen, Pflaster und Holzschnitzel war ein Wunder, um zu sehen und wirklich erhebt die Riad über andere im Umfeld. Das Personal war immer freundlich, trotz der Sprachbarriere, und machte mich zu Hause fühlen. Wenn Sie nach einem wettbewerbsfähigen Riad suchen, um sich in Marrakesch zu basen, dann würde ich Riad Tahyra sehr empfehlen! 🇲🇦

The host is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also had the wonderful opportunity to try a traditional Moroccan-style breakfast prepared by the host, which was absolutely delicious and a truly memorable experience✨✨

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
