Hotell var bra. Fick rum med havsutsikt. Sängen var inte för hård eller mjuk. Frukost var enkel och bra. Hotell ligger vid en trafikerad väg och väldigt fint vid havet. Enda nackdelen är att flyg som lyfter från Heraklion flyger över stan men med mina öronproppar kunde jag sova bra ändå. Personalen var också väldigt trevliga.

Conveniently located a short walk from the port, the hotel was comfortable and included breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and even provided a map of the area.

Staff was brilliant and location almost perfect. It was a bit noisy from traffic. Otherwise, the location was next to everything - buses, shops, restaurants, and port. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were varied with plenty of coffee!

Katarina at the front desk was very welcoming. We were very to find a parking spot just outside the hotel which is very close to so many of the must do things in Heraklion. This hotel is an honest tourist hotel. Beds are clean and comfortable, quiet at night with efficient air con. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Coffee was good! This is not pretending to be anything else but an honest 1-2 night hotel for the traveler not a resort hotel but that wasn’t what we needed. Thank you for a great stay.

Close enough to the port and the city life of downtown, but far enough to rest in the night. Breakfast is good and the personnel very kind. Bed was very big and very comfy.

The hotel is quite old and our room wasn’t at the level we expected. The seaside view was nice but the interior of the room quite old and not well maintained.
From this kind of hotel we expected definitely more.
The staff and the receptionists have been very kind!!

Very welcoming, friendly and informative staff who were always willing to help. Even helped us to bring our luggage out of your car and bring it up the elevator to our room as we had several. Offered complimentary coffee and a water refill station. Room was a good size for 3 people. Central location to the port, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Central location, very convenient. So many restaurants within walking distance. City center is a few minutes walk and the Venetian sea fortress is right across the street. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Nikos. He's always smiling and offers help! Speaks great English.
