Es war ein sehr sauberes, luxuriöses und zufriedenstellendes Hotel.

Der Eingang ist schwer zu finden, indem Sie durch das Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof navigieren. Wenn Sie jedoch die Nebenstraße nehmen, müssen Sie Ihren Koffer über die steinige Straße schleppen, da die Räder Lärm machen schwierig sein, es zu ziehen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und riecht wie ein neues Hotel. Das Design ist sehr gut. Allerdings ließ sich aus Sicherheitsgründen keines der Fenster öffnen. Mir persönlich gefällt das nicht besonders. Aber auch sonst ist alles in Ordnung. Das Hotelbad ist auch sehr groß.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, nur fünf Gehminuten von Stockmann entfernt. Die Zimmerausstattung und der Service sind sehr gut. Es ist sehr praktisch, Ihr Gepäck vor dem Ein- und Auschecken im Hotel aufzubewahren.

Das Hotel liegt neben dem Bahnhof, was für Reisen sehr praktisch ist. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind vollständig und sehr neu. Beim Einchecken war es schwierig, den Haupteingang zu finden. Man musste durch einen Korridor gehen. Andernfalls wäre es schwierig, Ihr Gepäck auf einer Schotterstraße herumzuschleppen. Es wäre besser, wenn es Anzeichen dafür gäbe

Gute interne Struktur und Ausstattung. Sehr gut. Stattdessen ist es ein teures Hotel. Ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Helsinki. Nachdem Sie den Zug vom Flughafen Helsinki genommen und am Hauptbahnhof Helsinki angekommen sind, ist das Sokos Hotel das erste riesige und hübsche Gebäude, das Sie sehen, wenn Sie durch das Haupttor kommen. Das Sokos Hotel ist ein Hotel, das etwa 190 Euro pro Nacht kostet. Wenn Sie von vorne nach links schauen, sehen Sie eine Reihe von Gebäuden, darunter das Grand Hansa Hotel. Von außen ist es ein unauffälliges Hotel. Das Hotel „Grand Hansa“ ist ein Hotel, das etwa 350 Euro pro Nacht kostet. Es ist teuer, also ist es definitiv ein gutes Hotel. Direkt vor dem Hotel befinden sich verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten, darunter Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Kaufhaus Stocmann direkt davor können Sie Kleidung, Schuhe und Kosmetika kaufen. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen großen Buchladen.

Ausgezeichneter Service, Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert

Our experience wasn't off to a good start, dealing with Jason when dropping our bags in the morning. He was borderline racist, assuming we were with the other Asian groups, making presumptions about our requests, and had difficulties understanding our requests on arranging for early to-go breakfast boxes. But everything else during our stay was perfect hence the 5 stars. Everyone else we dealt with, including the house keepers, restaurant staff and cleaners were all great - very helpful and friendly. The hotel is strategically located right next to the Central railway station. The room itself was large and clean and beautifully decorated. We also tried out the facilities including sauna and cold plunge (a Finnish culture), which were top notch. The gym was also world class and properly better equipped than some other commercial gyms out there. The other highlight was the breakfast. So many options even for vegetarians like us, all allergens clearly labelled. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's ever in Helsinki.

I wish I could give 6 stars. 5 for the hotel which was the nicest in all of Helsinki. Central location in a beautiful building retrofitted for the hotel. Of course squeaky clean and modern tech galore. I see thoughtful small touches like fade-in/out lights, quality bedding, sound proofed windows etc at every corner. The extra star for working with me on an error I made during booking process without any fuss. Staff at front desk was very welcoming and professional as well. I really don’t have anything to even nit pick… I guess the standard room was not large by any standards but had high ceilings so it doesn’t feel cramped. And that’s it, can’t recommend more and believe the near 5 star rating by everyone.

No Concierge on the day I arrived so amateur advice on restaurants etc was given by receptionist: which was shown to be completely wrong. Also the free sauna is only free for a deluxe room from 6-10am and 8-10pm otherwise you pay an extra €25 per person: this I find is sharp trading.

Very good location just right opposite the central Helsinki train station . Remember to use the front door entrance as the back door is not open for access The lounge staffs are nice and the room is new , the layout of some corner standard room might seems a bit tight with an odd space that placed the tv but the deluxe room is all good Love the service provided by the bar lounge staff will definitely recommend this to everyone

Great Hotel! Excellent location, comfy room, wonderful staff, nice breakfast. Nothing bad that I can think of at all!

The staff is helpful to show around the rooms available. The room is very new and modern. The furniture are high quality. Breakfast has enough choices and taste good.
