We stayed in the luxury safari tent for (2) nights and had a wonderful time. Even in the midst of Winter the tent was very warm. With a nice, comfortable bed, great pillows, sizeable room and a view across the vineyards, it was fantastic. The I have to add, the wine tasting experience was fantastic. When we stayed last year the experience was awful, chaotic and unappealing. Balgownie have done a complete 180 here and now it’s a highlight! Good on you for recognising the deficiency, remedying it and delivering a great product. It was truly the highlight for us.

Ich genossen, hier mit Elise für 2 Nächte vom Samstag, 18. März 2023 bis Montag, 20. März 2023 wirklich zu bleiben, ich genossen den Pool/Sauna/Gym und das Frühstück war auch lecker. Auch ich mochte spielen Boules und Tennis. Als ich am Montag, 12. September 2022 reservierte, bat ich um ein Zimmer mit Badewanne und Mikrowelle, weil ich nur auf einem Bein bin, aber sie konnten uns offensichtlich nicht unbeachtet, da sie uns in ein Zimmer mit Dusche und keine Mikrowelle setzen.

We had a wonderful stay . Food excellent, staff were charming and great fun . Fiona looked after us in the dining room, a lovely lady with a great sense of humour. Our barman made three great cocktails just by giving him an idea of what we liked . Again we had great fun with him also Our room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view . Sadly ! I have to comment on our balcony which had not been swept or cleaned in weeks. Because it was a warm evening we decided to drink our complementary sparkling wine outdoors. I wiped and cleaned the table and chairs best I could along with the cobwebs. Maybe now summer is upon us attention could be made to that .
