Our stay was terrible. First of all, we had a lot of trouble finding the current entrance. No information in advance or clear signage on site that the hotel entrance is closed and that Check in must be done at the Park Inn. Furthermore, the receptionist was not very understanding and only complained about how much work checking in Radisson Blu guests mean to her. We then received a non-working room keycard (as did 10 others) . We had to take the long hallway 2x back to the park inn reception to get it solved. With no apology. Service was terrible. Breakfast was in Park Inn and was very underwhelming. This hotel is under renovation (which we didn’t know). So in fact you stay in the Park Inn in a room that is situated far away in de Radisson Blu. But experience and service is Park Inn and totally not worth 4 stars… So, at this moment it’s a rip off…
