We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the only downside was the distance as we do not have a car but we quite enjoyed the atmosphere and the hotel itself.

Conflicting information and advice. Told car parking chargers was included in booking tariff but no so upon check-in. When requested time of expiry of parking period was given two separate and different times. Upon checking out and waiting for a taxi the lounge bar was not staffed for then time of waiting approximately 30 minutes for the purchase of a coffee. The room was ok not the standard well expected as nd the floor appeared to be unstable resulting in creaking to such an extent as to not being able to move about whilst my partner was sleeping. We found the check-in. Staff not particularly helpful and unwelcoming.

Hotel is very clean well organised the bar was well stocked staff were helpful polite considerate and the rooms were surprisingly good. Excellent value for money location was fabulous in terms of Harrogate. I can’t really fault it.

Unfortunately, this hotel seems to assign certain rooms specifically for foreign guests.

Great location, lovely staff, and the breakfast buffet was marvellous. The lady at the breakfast who looked after us was first class and really made for an enjoyable breakfast, she was a credit to the hotel.

房間比較寬敞，周圍環境很好。衹是比較適合自駕遊，距約克大教堂火車半個多小時。入住的時候發現馬桶沒有沖乾淨。

漂亮舒服美麗。 馬路對面就是巨大草坪！ 房間有點小但還算乾淨。 周邊環境太好。 英式早餐也好吃，連吃5天。 dinner也不錯，服務員帥， 服務nice。 很多老人家來這裡， 水質甩london幾條街。
