During our visit to Tokyo DisneySea, we stayed here for two nights. Check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The hotel’s location was quite convenient for getting back and forth from DisneySea as well. Our room was comfortable, with a large bathroom, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great experience staying at Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.

The Hotel is the perfect accommodation for a Disneyland Tokyo vacation. Located just a short ride from the park entrance, the hotel provides easy and convenient access to all the magic and excitement of the Disneyland resort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant serves delicious Japanese and international cuisine, and the lobby is a great spot to unwind after a long day exploring the parks.

Location was not too bad, very close to the monorail (walking distance). Room and toilet was super huge and comfortable though the design is a bit dated. If can look past this then the hotel is actually a great stay.

Great place to stay for Disney resort Tokyo. Very children friendly!

If you have young kids please choose something else. For 250 usd per night without breakfast or anything included there are far better options. The “bus” from Bayside station is infrequent. We got a LOT of attitude from the driver who had closed the door and we banged on the door to ask him to reopen it as we had a 1 and 5 year old with us - he just sneered at us. It was so rude and unexpected from a 5 star hotel. In the first day we were told to walk to the hotel instead. As soon as we started walking the empty bus closed the door and drove to the hotel - we saw it pass us. We asked the hotel to organise a taxi at 4am. But taxis refuse to take bookings at that time. You just have to hope for good luck. We got downstairs to the lobby at 4am as instructed and all the lights were off and there were no staff. Zero. Someone only appeared after 10 minutes of us searching the entire lobby. The bed was like a plank of wood or sleeping on the ground. The rug was threadbare and obviously from the 80s. Walls are paper thin so you will hear every single guest as they arrive home from Disney if they stay out later than you. Taxi to haneda terminal 3 with zero traffic took 25 mins and was 12000 yen. With zero services im not sure how they think they are 5 star? No pool no gym no breakfast no restaurants after 6pm no decent convenience stores except a tiny one expensive one with absolute basics in the lobby. I wish I booked elsewhere!

Great location, children friendly, direct shuttle bus to airport is a plus !

Though the hotel is a bit aged, the staff is helpful and with fast action.

酒店位於迪士尼樂園園區內，價格非常合理，方便一些一早就去樂園遊玩的人入住。因當天是女兒生日，一早透過電郵訂了一個蛋糕，並送上房間。 早餐方面，食物非常好，唯安排有點不是太好，要等待半小時才有位置，希望能作出改善。

從羽田機場過來有直達酒店的班車，還是很方便的。 酒店還有免費班車可以接送至迪士尼度假區門户JR舞浜站，以及度假區環線輕軌中的Bayside Station這站，不過Bayside Station站就在酒店馬路對面，步行大約5分鐘，貌似有點雞肋，但對於行李多的客人還是挺便利。 酒店去迪士尼海洋最方便，出來過了馬路Bayside Station邊上就是海洋的一個入口。 酒店本身中規中矩，雖沒有驚艷之處，但感覺還是能符合大倉的品質的。大堂有個不大的迪士尼商店可以適當補點貨。還有個便利店，不過衹開到22點。
