Room is large, pick up service from airport is OK. We still waiting there 5-8min although giving time for departure. The toilet condition still have to improve it. The heater really hard to control the water temperature.

Location is excellent. Hotel also offers free shuttle bus to airport. The room can be cold at night. Lucky heater in room working well. Room has basic toiletries etc and very clean. Counter staff not as attentive as they asked for my room card 10mins after i returned it to them.

We had a good stay here. We knew we were getting in late so this was perfect as it was so close to the airport. The hotel picked us up at the airport which was very helpful. We had a nice quiet and enjoyable stay. The service was good and we had a good sleep.

Perfect location and immaculate service for those who take an early flight. The hotel is just 5 minutes drive from the airport. Price-quality ratio is superb, in addition we got free airport pick up and drop off, help with baggage and complementary fruit. The staff in the hotel and in the car were very nice and helpful, room was clean and quiet, amenities great and beds comfortable. The foot massage machine in our room came very handy after a long day travel, it made us feel really cared for. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again

You should call the hotel once arrived in Harbin. Which is not an easy thing to do unless you speak Chinese. I was helped by the airport personnel (but you have to walk out from arrival hall and get to the departure hall where the info desk is). The hotel itself is nice but in China they smoke everywhere, so rooms are quite smelly. 1F restaurant personnel were very kind and supportive. Will stay there next time since there is no much choice for an overnight in the airport area. Konggang and another hotel are just the other side of the street. Mini market is nearby which is convenient.

Nice and not expensive place to stop when you have a night between flights in Harbin. The hotel is very close to the airport (5-7 minutes to drive), close to both terminals: 2 and international. The service is really good, they are always ready to help. The only issue is that foreign tourists can't pre-book shuttle bus in advance but should call to a hotel upon arrival instead, so the free shuttle bus can't be taken without help of locals (by the way, usual taxi will not work in those area, because local taxi drivers in Harbin airport trick foreigners at every step of the way and change routes and prices just on the way; so this is why the free shuttle bus to the hotel must be taken instead, not a taxi). This hotel has also a wechat account, but again you need to call them to check how to add it. I think if hotel solves the problem with the shuttle bus pre-booking for the foreign guests (maybe by email with confirmation?), it will get a lot of foreign visitors who stop for a night or two between flights. Other problems, like communication in English in the hotel, can be solved with the help of Google or Baidu translate...

It was really good experience, the hotel itself looks nice, clean, and so does the room. The room has almost everything except fridge. The only problem was that personal speaks liitle english, but it's ok, we managed to communicate. Also, need to call to hotel about transfer after arriving to the airport, and it's not easy for whose who don't speak chinese). Otherwise, it was great.

This is a great place for an early morning flight. The hotel is very clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and polite. A nice compliment from the hotel in the form of a fresh watermelon was really very welcome. There is a pick up and transfer service in both directions. There are also several restaurants and a convenient shop near the hotel.
