Prinzipiell sind die 4**** zu viel, realistisch gesehen sind 2,5* angebracht. Check in verlief reibungslos, Zimmer war sauber, groß und praktikabel eingerichtet. Das abgebildete Zimmer im Netz war leider die Suite, dementsprechend die Enttäuschung über den fehlenden Meerblick. Zudem gibt es direkt im Hotel kein Frühstück, diese Info wird im Netz auch vorenthalten, man wird auf 2 benachbarte Lokale verwiesen die NUR lokales, meistens lauwarmes bis kaltes, Frühstück anbieten, bei der Nutzung des lokalen Buffet anstatt der Auswahl kostet dies auch noch Extra😡 Das Hotel ist stark frequentiert und sehr laut, bis hin zu Parties am Pool oder auf den Zimmern bis weit in die frühen Morgenstunden. Ein Einschreiten des Management war nicht erkennbar. Für Gäste wie wir, die sich erholen wollen, ist dieses Hotel mit den ständigen, nächtlichen Feiern von Kurzzeiturlaubern oder Kongressteilnehmern, ungeeignet, zumal ab 06:30h am Morgen schon wieder die ersten Gäste zum Frühstück aufbrechen und man dann auch wieder unfreiwillig geweckt wird. Ich hätte mir den 7tägigen Aufenthalt auch anders vorgestellt. Wiederholungsfaktor seeeeehr gering bis gar nicht😰

Booked the hotel for the Subic International Marathon 2025. Excellent location. Close to the event and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. The hotel breakfast is really good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and I love their ring light mirror in the bathroom. I didn’t get a chance to take a dip in the pool since I was exhausted from the half marathon.

Our stay at Court Meridian was pleasant even for an overnight stay.. Staff are helpful and beautiful courteous. We were able to upgrade two rooms since there were available rooms with veranda( though sold out according to Trip). Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Overall it was worth the price

Since toiletries are written when we book your room online, it is supposed to be shown in the bathroom. No need to request if its lacking. I suggest u add a small exercise room to add to your list of facilities. The room is modern and everything is fixed. The food is average for a plated meal.

Overall, its a good stay. Loving the good ambiance, friendly staff and nice location. One thing I think they improve is that the hygiene kit. Why it is on a per call basis wherein it should be included once you’ve stayed there. Just my thought…

Our room has two queen size bed, we had a good sleep. It was clean and hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful.

If it wasn’t for most of the staff we would have left and not even bothered trying to get a refund. The mattresses were stained, floors were dirty, and even the refrigerator had a foul odor. Normally the little things wouldn’t have bothered our family and could have cleaned the items ourselves with the exception of the mattresses, but because of COVID and then being told the rooms are cleaned daily, we were shocked when they wouldn’t even move us rooms without double charging us for the only available room left and then told we would have had to move again for two days and then back again during our trip. The only thing that saved this trip and stay at this slum of a hotel was the staff who did everything In their power to help and make us feel like family. Including replacement of the mattresses. This company needs to reward their staff who make very little amenities go a long way and go above and beyond without expecting anything In return.
