Das Frühstück war köstlich und die Einrichtungen waren neu, sauber und wirklich schön! Der Pool war besonders schön, da er gerade erst eröffnet wurde und sehr gepflegt zu sein schien!

There is an infinity pool at the level 23. Which has a bar next to it .I stopped over for 1 night before heading back, to my surprise the detail of the hotel is so amazing from the concierge , lift lobby and even to the space planning off room space.. the room I stayed in had 2 cubicles, a bowl and a shower separated. It even has a balcony attached to the room..it is a wonderful experience for me, I will definitely come back to explore more when I have the time again to stop over Ha Noi.

Did a short luxury stay here before going on to Sapa. The stay here is great and generally a lot of amenities are close by but it is generally far away from the other tourist sites.

Perfect place for family. Really good amenities, you have most of the things you need in the gym for basic workouts, 2 kids play ground one outdoor one indoor, right next to the Lotte mall. You might get the old quarter vibe but having younger kids while travelling, this place is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Family staycation at this hotel. Not bad for staying with family and the location is next to a shopping mall. Room is clean.

Amazing little design hotel with beautiful view of the lake. Great value for money. Room was comfy and well designed with a nice balcony and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was good and at the top with a panoramic view. Only problem was that you could hear the engines from motorcycles in the morning (and I even stayed on a high floor) so be prepared to use ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Infinity rooftop pool was amazing. I would definitely return if I come back to Hanoi.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. I also loved the hotel's convenient location, which made exploring the area so easy. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed one night of our stay. Breakfast was perfect, especially wide varieties of good quality food were served. The hotel guests can burn some calories by exercising at the gym or doing yoga or swimming at outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop with amazing view over Hanoi city. The hotel location is excellent, it's been constructed beside Lotte Mall where many shops and restaurants and also Lotte World Aquarium are available. The hotel lobby is well designed as well as the hotel rooms.

A brand new hotel that’s been running for about 7-8 months. Staff were friendly but not too experienced in reaching out to customers for extra mile. They could be proactive enough to offer new visitors a more memorable experience. For example, they would ask you to pay more for an upgrade if you wanted. They have available rooms around but it was not that easy they could upgrade you easiest in any easygoing action. Restaurants were all closed on Chinese New Year Eve of 2024 Feb. 9. All food have to be ordered for in room service and you’d have waited for 45-60 minutes for arrival time. Nail files were not available. The door design of bathing rooms had some issues. Gym reception staff were not around and you’d have to take care of yourself. Some staff were not able to follow up for something they promised to do so for you.

Good location, polite staff and good verity breakfast

Overall very good impression on this hotel. It is not close to the downtown but very convenient if you are looking by for a hotel closer to the airport. It is right next to a highway to the airport. You will find shops and restaurants at the adjacent shopping mall. The room is very new and clean. The only thing I don’t like about is the sink in the toilet, water will leak very easily with the current design. But overall experience is perfect.

The aircon is the room is poorly done. Even after we set at 22 degree s, the room temperature remain at 24-25 degrees. Super warm at night and we could sleep. After changing to another room, it’s the same situation and we ask the front desk about this, and they told us it the hotel policy Pillow is smelly due to high humidity at Hanoi. Very dissatisfied with service. They don’t speak English very well and hence communication is a major problem. Do do recommend business traveller to stay on this hotel.

The rooms are clean, spacious, good service, delicious food. Going to stay every month is as good as ever. Convenient transportation, next to a department store, easy to find things to eat.
