The Hotel is very hommie and Location of the hotel is in the heart of Old quarter and perfect for nearby local restaurants! The staff Chris and Owner Tung are really kind and very accommodating. They book the Tour packages for us with a steal Price and even arrange our trip to Sapa! 1,000,000% recommended - Group from Philippines 🇵🇭

This hotel in the middle of the old quarter was a perfect spot to stay for a couple of days. It is very close to the famous Banh Mi 25 so you can try that, but Mr. Tom the owner also gives guests a free map with addresses to most of the famous sites and restaurants. They also have laundry service which was completed the same night when we dropped it off in the morning. We did not use them as a tour company, but they do also offer tours and help purchase bus or train tickets to locations all over Vietnam.

Had a wonderful stay here, very clean room, the morning receptionist welcomed me with warm greetings and gave me a lot of great recommendations and the night receptionist was helpful, we talked a lot about Vietnam and My hometown in Indonesia 😆 You guys should definitely book this hostel when you come to Hanoi, especially if you want to get close to the Night Market, it's only 3 minutes walk from the hostel...

CAREFUL ! Don’t go here, book a different hotel! The hotel scammed us, we had prepaid for a room and when we arrived they told us the room wasn’t available anymore and they apologized that they made a mistake updating their system. We were annoyed but resigned and had to book another hotel double the price because it was so last minute. I expected that we would get the money back that I had already paid for the room. When I asked through the app, they lied and said we never came and refused to give us a refund. I showed them proof we stayed at another hotel and they refused to refund anyway. Don’t take the chance of this happening to you, you’re better off somewhere else

Nice hotel but I think the room they offered us not meant to be as it was too small room to stay.. for 1 night we adjusted in it.. overall good place to stay.. Tom is a very good person.. hope to visit again if provided with some spacious room..

Отличное расположение, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Номер очень маленький, достаточно чистый. В номере есть чайник, но нет чашек)) плохо работает слив в душе, вода стоит на полу. При этом отличный набор горячей воды. Шумоизоляция отсутствует, жила на 4м этаже, рядом был технический вход на крышу, с постоянно хлопающей дверью. Это очень неприятно. 4й этаж очень высокий, лифта нет, поэтому выбирайте этаж пониже, чтобы было удобнее ходить, лестница винтовая с маленькими ступеньками. Зато красивый вид из окна)

私は運が悪かっただけかも知れない。 安い宿の多くが、今回私が経験したリスクを持っている その経験を書く前に、このホテルの値段と環境で言えば、決して悪くはないし、ホテルのスタッフも不誠実な人には見えない。 でも、私はここで辛い経験をしたことを報告する。 それは、部屋の窓や床に小さい小さい蟻が気になる程度に歩き回っていた。 多分ホテルスタッフに悪気はなく、衛生的に保とうとしている努力はあるのだと思う。 しかしホテルの部屋の立地や環境が、小さな蟻を部屋に招き、また湿度が高いせいか、シーツは一見綺麗に見えるが、ダニがいそうな感じがした 私はダニアレルギーを持っている。 ここで一夜を明かした朝、私は身体のあちこちを何かに噛まれて、赤くはれ、痒くなっていた。 湿度の高いアジア圏で、ダニや蟻やベッドバグに対する対処は、難しい問題なのはわかる。 時に運も左右すると思うので、時期によると思う。 私はホテルを責める気にはならないが、身体中が痒くなって赤く腫れた一夜を快適だと言えるほど寛容ではない。 次に宿泊する事はないだろう。
