Lovely hotel in Pakse, with very good location near cafes, restaurants, embankment and motorental agencies - city center for sure. There are all necessary amenities in the room: toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, water and mini bar in case you need smth. Sheets and towels are white, cleaning is very good, wi-fi works also ok and AC located good, you will not die of freezin👌 The best thing in the hotel is the staff! I thanks a lot - they are super friendly and kind, good people and could help you in case you ask 🤗 If you will choose Standard room, it is better to ask for 4th floor- the window there more bigger (room 407). I also stayed in 506, it is the same, but the window is one one and narrow. The rooftop is very cool, during the rain it covered, i think the sunset there is perfect, unfortunately had no chance to visit. The breakfast is good, everything you need you could find: omelette, fruits, fresh milk, bread, different jams, pate, and other things i suppose people eat for breakfast. So, i highly recommend this hotel! 🤗

It was pretty good and well prepared amenities (especially I like it is not single use - shampoo, bodywash and hand cleanser) But for breakfast, there is no vegetable options, so feel sorry about that but besides this, overall this hotel is good to recommend 😀

Ett äldre hotell som blivit varsamt renoverat och har forfarande kvar en ”gammal” charm. Sköna sängar, skapligt internet och frukost helt ok. Helt fanatisk personal och service. Hotellet ligger centralt och det är bara ca 10-15 minuter till Pakse flygplats. Det finns en del restauranger inom gångavstånd, annars är deras roof top restaurang mycket bra. Mycket prisvärt boende!

Als ich im Hotel ankam, war ich doch sehr überrascht zu sehen, dass es in meinem Zimmer kein richtiges Fenster gibt. Das habe ich für 30 € pro Nacht in Laos, in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel, nicht erwartet. Ich hatte mein Zimmer online bei *********** gebucht und in der Schnellübersicht zu meiner Buchung stand nichts davon. Erst wenn man auf die Bilder klickt und etwas weiter nach unten scrollt, findet man den unscheinbaren Hinweis, dass das Economy-Zimmer ein Flurfenster hat. Wenn man genau hinschaut, lässt sich auf den Fotos eigentlich erahnen, dass es sich um kein richtiges Fenster handelt, aber andererseits wurde das Foto auch so geschickt aus einem Winkel aufgenommen, dass man die Leute leicht täuschen kann. Jetzt könnte man natürlich sagen, dass ich kein Recht habe, mich darüber zu beschweren, denn schließlich steht ja im Internet, dass es nur ein Flurfenster gibt, aber ob das wirklich dem Standard eines 3-Sterne-Hotels und dem Preis entspricht, vor allem in Laos, das eigentlich als sehr günstig gilt, ist doch sehr fraglich - auch verglichen mit anderen Hotels in Laos, in denen ich übernachtet habe. Als ich dann gefragt habe, ob ich das Zimmer wechseln könnte, hat mir der Concierge sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade für den nächsten Tag angeboten. Das fand ich sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Als ich dann aber am nächsten Morgen danach gefragt habe, hat man mir in der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass ich dafür bezahlen müsse. Ich meinte daraufhin, dass mir ihr Kollege ein anderes Angebot gemacht habe, aber sie bestanden darauf. Ich habe dann gesagt, dass es vielleicht besser wäre, wenn ich noch einmal direkt mit dem Kollegen spreche, um das Problem zu lösen. Am späten Nachmittag (gegen 17 Uhr) kam ich dann zurück ins Hotel und der Concierge eröffnete mir nun, dass ein Wechsel jetzt mehr nicht möglich sei, da alle Zimmer ausgebucht seien. Ich hätte das gleich am Morgen machen müssen. Aber vielleicht am nächsten Tag… 😂 Ich könnte jetzt aber auch den Aufpreis bezahlen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Zimmer für mich reserviert würde. Hmmm… ich hätte nicht unbedingt erwartet, ein kostenloses Upgrade zu bekommen, aber diese Art von Spielchen nerven mich sehr. 🙄 Ich habe mich also dafür entschieden, in meinem Bunker zu bleiben, schon allein aus Trotz. Außerdem hätte ich für diese Nacht auch nur in ein Superior-Zimmer wechseln können, für etwa 24 Dollar mehr. Das Superior-Zimmer hat sich aber meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich vom Standardzimmer, das mir ebenfalls gezeigt wurde - der Gast hatte wohl noch nicht eingecheckt - unterschieden. Ich frage mich wirklich, wie sie hier den Preisunterschied von 16 Dollar pro Nacht rechtfertigen. Vielleicht mit der besseren bzw. weniger schlechten Aussicht. 😂 Für mich persönlich ist das Economy-Zimmer jedenfalls alles andere als charmant. Neben dem fehlenden Tageslicht - es gab nur die Deckenbeleuchtung und die Beleuchtung des Flurs - hat auch die ziemlich harte Matratze dazu beigetragen, dass ich mich in dem Zimmer nicht ric

Just been to the restaurant several times. good food and very excellent service. Clean beautiful rooftop view to see the entire City. I would recommend travelers to visit this place for the rooftop view and the kindness of the staff. Let's say the best restaurant in Pakse in terms of service.

I had booked the cheapest rooms but turned out it only have a tiny window facing a wall and felt like a prison cell. Price does not seem warranted. At the time all regular rooms were occupied. I was given a deluxe against a good price. Pleasant, spacious room. Main plus for the hotel is the roof terrace restaurant. Breakfast buffet was exceptional; wonderfully varied and of very good quality (home baked goods, Asian options etc) Super friendly staff. Perfect location in the centre . Not sure I need to see Pakse again, but if I did i would stay here.

Stayed here for 3 nights - a quite cosy hotel. Very friendly staff and crispy homemade bread for breakfast. The breakfast option is okay - noodle and egg station. Bread cakes and homemade jam- and fruited. Great restaurant on the top - with good options for a cold beer. A large /pint of beerlao - 40.000 kip - but they also have punk ipa
