由於同伴突然生病了，本次出行變成了獨自一人旅行，幸好遇到了這家驚喜的民宿，讓本次旅程成為了温馨的回憶。 位置：民宿窗外就是茶山，離十里琅璫入口百米不到，可以直接進入步行入口登山徒步，中間有分岔路，分別通往九溪和雲棲竹徑。全程走路大概三個小時，絕對的天然氧吧。 設施：最喜歡屋裡的大浴缸，來的時候有點冷，每天都會泡個熱水澡。 環境：老闆本人是設計師，除了客房外民宿內還有好幾處漂亮的公共區域，門口有棵大樹，天氣好的話坐在樹蔭裏喝茶看山吹風，巴適～ 服務：服務沒的説啦，自駕過來老闆去停車場接的，還幫我把行李一直提到房間。由於一個人，所以跟着老闆蹭了好幾頓飯，品了好幾次茶，才發現老闆的隱藏技能——曾經做過大廚，不誇張的説確實比我在周圍網紅餐廳吃的幾頓飯好吃多了。除此以外空閑時還陪我去了趟龍塢兜風哈哈哈附加值超多，總而言之，選擇這家民宿不僅能得到一個住宿的地方，更是開啟一段奇妙的緣分，尤其推薦給獨自旅行的朋友。

真是太棒了，設施和服務一流，來前台登記沒找到停車位 前台小姐姐耐心跟我講明白 車停在酒店停車場也是免費的 辦完入住還幫我拿行李送到電梯口 酒店周圍環境很優美，房間乾淨、設施齊全，服務態度也很好！ 房間寬敞明亮，內部傢俱佈置精美新穎，真是令人愉快！

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. The buffet had so many great options and staff were always on hand to provide drinks or to help out. We'd love to stay here again!

我是來自東北吉林的，我和妻子自駕領着孩子及岳父岳母來杭州旅遊，在杭州遊玩的時候，長者突發疾病，緊急送至浙江大學醫學院附屬第一醫院（之江院區）醫治，妻子在醫院負責我岳父的醫院住院檢查治療，我領着年邁的岳母（輕微老年痴呆）和孩子，在考慮如何解決住宿的問題時，發現杭州聖威國際酒店就在醫院的附近，我們彼此照顧也非常方便，所以來到了這家酒店，因為是中午還沒有到入住的時間，我焦急把我的情況和一位戴着眼鏡，文質彬彬的美女工作人員訴説，她立即幫我安排了房間，真是幫助我解決了很大的實際問題，否則長者和孩子無處安置，我也不能及時的去醫院幫助我妻子給長者看病，後來我看工號才知道這個美女名字叫小汪，另一個幫忙的帥哥工作人員叫小江，在後續的幾天中，她們及酒店的員工給了我許多無微不至的幫助，酒店有這樣的好員工，一定會更加的繁榮昌盛，客滿如潮。在以後的日子裏祝願美女小汪事業像一顆明亮的星星，越來越閃耀奪目，天天開心快樂，心想事成。在杭州遇見你們，是我人生當中的福分！忘了和大家介紹酒店了，酒店房間超乾淨！設施齊全！工作人員服務周到熱情❤，下次來杭州還會選擇聖威國際酒店，還想再次見到美麗熱情的你們！

I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new. The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously. Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy. Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that! I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.

Das Zimmer war gut und sehr klein (mit Fenster). Leider waren die Schalter alle nur auf chinesisch beschriftet gewesen. Angenehme Überraschung war die Toilette ;) Badezimmer wirklich sehr klein. Die Klimaanlage hatte Power gehabt. Hotel liegt wirklich gut (in einer Fußgängerzone). Auch liebevoll im Erdgeschoss eingerichtet. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht (nur eine Nacht). Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war, dass das Badezimmer noch halb Nass war als ich es übernommen hatte.

酒店不是特別好找，新裝修的酒店還是蠻乾淨的，就是會有味～位置在市中心，去哪都方便，可以步行去夜市，西湖～早餐比較一般，總體來説是下次還會選擇的酒店～

Yeah it was good. Amenities close by. Spacious room. It did say that it came with a balcony. However, it didn’t nor did any of the building. This might need to be looked at in the advertising. Not a huge complaint, but obviously if you book a room with one you are expecting one

Ich kann nicht sagen, dass sie genau gleich sind, ich kann nur sagen, dass sie nichts miteinander zu tun haben. Die Fotos täuschen zu sehr. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte, dass nur ein Zimmer dieser Zimmerkategorie wie auf dem Bild aussieht. Also habe ich ein Foto mit diesen Bildern gemacht. Die anderen sehen alle aus wie die letzten drei Bilder. Es ist wirklich eine Blindbox. Ah~ Die Hygiene war durchschnittlich und die Steppdecke war ultradünn. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich im Winter nicht einschalten. Ich bin mit einer Erkältung aufgewacht. Diese Nacht war wirklich peinlich...
