Ich checkte gegen 20 Uhr ein und fand eine Wasserpfütze im Badezimmer. Nachdem sie es an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde ihnen gesagt, sie sollten das Reinigungspersonal bitten, es zu reinigen, aber eine halbe Stunde lang kümmerte sich niemand darum. Zwischenanrufe sind wirkungslos. Ich ging zur Rezeption, um es zu drängen, und dann fand ich einen Meister, der sich darum kümmerte. Ich vermute, dass das Reinigungspersonal arbeitslos ist. Nach dem Wischen mit einem Wischmopp sickerte immer noch Wasser heraus und bald bildete sich eine weitere Pfütze. Ich bin am nächsten Morgen abgeflogen und habe nicht mehr danach gesucht. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht dem Standard. Die Lage ist ok, nur zehn Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen.

Ich habe gesehen, wie ein Kunde um 6 Uhr morgens am Flughafen abgesetzt wurde✈️Das Hotel stellt es auch zur Verfügung. Das ist wirklich ein guter Kommentar! Okay, ich fange mal an, mich zu beschweren: 1️⃣Der Service ist äußerst unprofessionell: Es dauerte mehr als eine halbe Stunde, bis die beiden Rezeptionen zwei Gäste eincheckten. Als ich nachfragte, sagten sie, sie hätten Arbeit und seien mit Ihnen beschäftigt. Moment mal? ? ? Später wurde mir ein Rückraum zugewiesen, ohne mich zu informieren! ! ! 2️⃣Der Aufzug ist äußerst unpraktisch: Er wird mit anderen Hotels geteilt und auf verschiedenen Etagen werden unterschiedliche Aufzüge genutzt, was bedeutet, dass Sie bei einem Anruf möglicherweise nicht in Ihre Etage gelangen können. Sie müssen zuerst den Aufzug betätigen und dann Rufen Sie einen neuen an, bis er zu Ihrer Etage gehen kann. Kommen Sie einfach von der Etage herunter! 3️⃣Es hat einen starken Geruch und keine Belüftung: Ich kann den starken Geruch in einem neuen Hotel verstehen, aber die Klimaanlage ist ausgeschaltet, geschweige denn die Heizung, und die Belüftung erfolgt durch ein kleines Fenster ohne Bildschirm! 4️⃣Frühstück: Es gibt kein einziges Gericht🌽. Ich frage mich, ob niemand da ist, der es kocht, weil es gerade erst geöffnet wurde? ? ? ☹️Dann war niemand da, der die Milch nachfüllen konnte. Das Frühstück besteht nur aus Wonton-Eintopf mit Eiern 🥚 und Mais, sehr billiger rekonstituierter Milch und gebratenen Nudeln, die wer weiß wie lange gekocht wurden 🍜 Die Toilette ist heimlich bewacht und verfügt über keine Belüftung. Die Zusammenfassung lautet: Wählen Sie mit Bedacht, überhaupt nicht mit Bedacht!

A spacious huge room in a new hotel. A large, even probably huge, shower room. Close to the airport and transfers from 5 a.m. The only thing is that not all cards know about the location of the hotel, because the building is literally new. So for those who want to take the subway, you definitely need exit A from the Xingang station.

This hotel is a 15-minute drive away from Xiaoshan Airport. They have a free shuttle as well. The breakfast buffet has many choices even for picky kids. Plus the hotel is not so expensive. If you want to go to the city center, there is a metro substation. It is just a 5-minute walk.

Hotel Frontline staff are helpful to attend issues/Request with prompt arrangement 4. Toilet flush is poor to end up choking, 5. Late check-out 1 hr was FOC upon request, 6. Breakfast with a bit Western style & majority localized meals with unofficial extended hour, 7. Realized on next morning that the Room Window was being pushed out remains opening since checked-in resulted too cold (-1 degC), 8. Able to buy Instant noodle as per pic at Check-in Counter and surprisingly nice soup based taste, 9. Microwave available near Frontline Counter

Very like the room and the hotel in general. It’s very close to the airport, very convenient for short layovers when you want to take a breath and shower. Was a shuttle service back and forth it’s definitely five stars. The only thing I consider is lunch and food outside. It’s not very much to choose from, especially outside. Definitely highly recommended.

The hotel is close to the XiaoShan airport, and provides airport shuttle to the airport. This is very convenient especially when you have to catch an early morning flight. Receptionists are very helpful and polite. For early morning flight when we can't have breakfast, they even prepare small bag of breakfast for us to eat. Near to hotel are some eateries and supermarket so that travellers can go have quick meals when needed. Good hotel stay.

It's a nice distance between Xiaoshan airport and Hangzhou East Railway Station. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou, and I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever booked in terms of value for money and overall quality. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities a traveler could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring Hangzhou. I also appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee, as well as the high-speed Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly throughout my stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, with both Western and Asian options available. It was the perfect way to start the day, and I loved that it was included in the very reasonable room rate.

About 5-10mins from the nearest train station. The hotel does provide airport shuttle services and able to make reservation upon check in which was good.
