Nice hotel with hot spring. Delicious dinner inside hotel room. Breakfast buffet was also yummy!

酒店挺不錯，距離箱根火車站稍遠，我們下了車看地圖顯示1.6KM，打車覺得近，拖着箱子走有點遠，還是上坡，幾乎在那條温泉溝的最裡麪。後來才知道有來回酒店到車站的巴士。酒店風景不錯，窗下就是一條小溪，山坡上植被茂密，有室內和室外兩個温泉池，酒店的餐食也不錯，但要注意，早、晚餐都是自費呦！

酒店坐落在山頂上，環境優美，房間非常棒，設施配套齊全，早餐和晚餐都非常豐富和精緻。泡温泉的人很少，室內室外都有，特別清靜，服務也細緻周到，人都特別熱情。一次非常好的體驗。

My wife, 2 kids and I had been Hakone for the first time and we stayed in the hotel for 3 days by half board in Chinese New Year. Their food, facilities and hygiene are good. That was the first time I had dinner at room in onsen hotel, they provided a closely service during our dinner. The breakfast provided by buffet, the quality and types of food are both nice. The staffs are very nice and all of them would strive to provide assistance no matter what we requested. I do recommend it for family stay, the only thing I want to suggest that it is better to make their hotel web site for public in order to let guests know them more before staying.

I am a Japanese. I really enjoyed the stay. I like non-expensive Onsen so We stayed at Annex room. No private onsen in the room but large enough and clean(a bit old but well remodelled). If you pay more you can stay in a Private Onsen room but it costs more of course. DInner is Japanese style with good volume and taste. really good Shabushabu we had. It may be tough for people who cannot eat true Japanese food. There are options without dinner but I am not sure there are restaurants available near by. Breakfast is buffet. Mostly Japanese but bread, eggs and some western stuff available. Tamagoyaki(Japanese style baked egg) is really great. Fruits and Japanese sweet are also awesome. Onsen water quality is not great(no Onsen/sulfur smell). But rooms are clean and large. Clean cloth box with a key. Outside Onsen is available. Good shower hot water volume. Shiseido face lotion is also avaiable which is amazing. 3PM check in and 11 AM check out is great. Location is between Hakone-Yumoto and Lake-Ashi. not a city center. we went with a car but there is a 100 JPY bus service from Hakone-Yumoto. Or 1000JPY taxi. Great hospitality and service. I am not sure they can speak English but at least they will try I am sure.

個室露天風呂の部屋に泊まりました。部屋はとても綺麗に清掃されていて心地よかったです。朝晩も別のお部屋に通されてゆったりと出来ました。 卓球をする時も、ちょっとした物を借りにフロントに出向いた時もお食事の時も、とても気持ちよく対応してくださり、教育が行き届いてるなーと思いました。 ちょっぴり残念だったのは、露天風呂の外側にあるベランダのガラスが汚れていたこと。普段から綺麗好きな私しか気が付かないかもしれない程度ですが、ぜひあそこもクリアにしていただきたいです。水垢をきちんと落とし、来客のたびにさっと拭けば済むことです。 トイレにあったスプレー芳香剤はとてもいい香りがしたとパートナーが言っていました。
