침대메트리스가 스폰지 침대 (3단접는 메트리스) 라 아침에 일어나니 힘들었네요. 화장실은 최악이었네요. 조식포함이라는게 쌀국수 한그릇이라니..... 방갈로라는거 감안해서 오긴했는데 담부터 오고싶지는 않네요.

The views from the rooms and restaurants are excellent! My favourite view in Cat Ba... Accommodation is good value for money... Restaurant service could improve. Overall, would definitely recommend for well priced location and views!!

A great location to view the beach and nightlife. Staff are friendly and lovely - excellent service, flavoursome food. Besides, we has order grilled squid - it’s very very fresh😍😍 We will come back soon🥰The hotel in the same system is also very beautiful High recommend this place 😌😌

We met some friends for drinks here. The service from the staff was woeful. They were all hanging out with each other chatting and on their phones all evening. Every single time we wanted a round of drinks we had to find one of them and ask them. It’s such a beautiful location and it’s such a shame the staff were so poor.

The resort had a fire in 2022 and much has been rebuilt. We stayed in a VIP room in October when it was quiet. The views were worth a million dollars but the price was comparable to many other hotels in town. The managers were friendly, helpful and gave us some great local information that made our time there so much more than expected. The menu options were not extensive but delicious and breakfast was good with wonderful views overlooking the harbour, fishing boats and sea eagles. Pool table. Some noise from the karaoke in the evening but it finished by 10. A great place to relax in the mornings and take in the views.

Didn’t stay at the hostel but ate at the restaurant. The service was so bad. There was 5 people sitting around on their phones when we wanted to order. We had to go up to the bar just to order. End up only getting two pineapple juices which then took 15 minutes and we were the only people there. I would avoid

Không gian thoáng, view đẹp. Ngược lại thái độ nhân viên quá tệ, gọi phục vụ chậm chạp, oder 1 cốc nước mà 1 tiếng sau vẫn ko thấy, dù khách vẫn không phải là quá đông. Phục vụ quá tệ. Chưa chuyên nghiệp. Không bằng quán bình dân bên ngoài, trong khi tiền trả cho cốc nước cũng khá là chát. Chỉ đáng 1 sao. Lần sau trắc sẽ không quay lại
