Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am Flughafen, hier gibt es auch eine Shopping Mall mit Food Court. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider spricht das Personal nur sehr schlecht Englisch, was für ein Internationales Hotel nur schwer zu akzeptieren ist. Zudem roch das Zimmer nach Schimmel und Zigarettenqualm. Das fand ich sehr eklig. Das Schlimmste daran ist, dass man kein Fenster öffnen/ klappen kann um mal zu Lüften. Entspannen konnte ich da leider nicht.

Great hotel next to airport,reception staff who spoke little to no English ,did their best through translation app,breakfast around £7 I think was a massive buffet. Will stay again on my return flight free shuttle bus also a bonus

Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

The hotel was just next to the airport and has duty free shop and food court inside of the building, which is very convenient for travelers

I arrived in Haikou around the 12pm, and waited for a 14 hour transfer flight to Sydney. So I booked this hotel. The hotel is close to terminal 1, I took the airport bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1, just across the road and went to the shopping centre, you can see the sign to go to the hotel and take the lift to level 1, the lobby is there. So easy going there. Also you can waiting for hotel shuttle bus.

Great airport Hotel! Room was spacious, clean, with big bathroom and teapot good selection of tea. Bed was big and comfortable. From the room window I could see airplanes landing but I didn't hear any noise! There is a passage on the second floor straight to the mall with numerous restaurants. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, especially when they noticed that I can communicate in Mandarin. Hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to terminal 2.

The staff did a free upgrade for high floor , runway facing. The housekeeping staff were friendly and left a bag of goodies after cleaning. We had 2 night stay and will want to stay with them again. It is strategically located beside the airport and there is a high speed train to Sanya. There is a duty free shopping mall next to it.

Great location, I love the breakfast there especially the noodles soup taste very good, very near to airport so there is no rush no stress on the departure day, free shuttle to airport also convenient to us as we are a big group with many luggages. Good housekeeping staff who provide us adequate of drinking water.

Just 2-3 minutes walk from the terminal. And just next to Cdf duty free mall which can shop and dine. Cleanliness and amenities are great.

Check in was easy, one reservation clerk,  her name is Han was very helpful and can speak English.  The foyer is not well decorated but the rooms are great, bed was so comfortable, and best of all,  absolutely silent.  Do not hear any other guests or airport noise.  Shuttle bus leaves every 20 minutes. T2 around one minute drive.  Will definitely stay again

Good services provided. Any needs for housekeeping or transport to airport can be communicated through their hotel app by scanning QR. As we need to be at the airport very early in the morning, we were told that we should take their free shuttle to the terminal, even though it is walkable distance.

We rang the hotel for pickup from the airport, but the hotel told us to ring 6571, finally got someone answered the phone, she said to us this is a Duty Free Shop. We were shocked. Not professional at all.
