The room is very nice. Surprised that sharing toilet Is nicer! Don't need to worry as they keep them clean and all you need is supplied. :) not so far from town. Easy to work

Hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed; however, needs some updates. TV was partially broken and bathroom fan broken. Told the receptionist and he said he knew about it already. Also, walls are very thin so can hear flushing toilets and people walking about all through the night. Not a great sleep! Not too much of an issue, but as Queenstown is expensive, would be nice to have these things fixed if they knew about them!

The rooms are super nice. And the kitchen has a beautiful view. There is a weird smell like spices) in the storage room and our bags now smell like it but other than that the staff was friendly and the room was extremely comfy (the bed was like sleeping in a cloud)

I will stay there again if I went to Queenstown

Having prepaid our accommodation fee, check in and checkout was quick and easy. Conveniently located with Skyline Gondola and town centre within a short walk. The room is a little bit small for a family of 4 though it didn't bother us as we only went back to sleep.

We came here for a business assignment and this hotel fits into my requirements.

Location is near to town and car park is provided. Overall is good.

服務很好，可以寄存行李。而且雖然是共用浴室，但是共用浴室衞生間數量不止一個，房間裏是有自用的洗手池的，另外洗髮水洗手液等備品也沒有糊弄，準備的是相對比較好的產品，不過香型是木質香，不喜歡木質香的可能不習慣。個人比較喜歡所以覺得還行。浴室衞生間也很乾凈，老闆應該是比較用心的打理。不過單人房間面積較小衹適合個人行李不多住。

在鎮子中心，到湖邊大概走10幾分鐘路，有斜坡，較為吃力。共同衞生間很乾凈很方便。房間沒有空調，夏天入住很悶熱，在路邊所以不敢開窗，也怕有蚊子。其他季節入住應該很合適

方便有景觀的地方 但入住時剛好周圍道路在施工 一度找不到飯店入口在哪裡 我們有超過櫃檯服務十分鐘才到 飯店很貼心把鑰匙包好放在櫃檯 讓我們晚到還是可以順利入住 很棒的是有一個簡易廚房可以煮晚餐跟早餐

總體來説非常棒，在聖誕能以這個價格住到這個酒店，還是不錯的。小陽台可以看到一部分湖景。還能看到纜車。

飯店工作人員親切和善。 房間暖氣充足且床具舒適，浴室的用品一應俱全，價格合宜，是可以好好休息的優質旅社，特別是有吹風機。 地理位置也非常好，距離市區、超市、景點都很近，非常方便！

房間與服務都不錯，到的比較晚，他們已經做了處理。可以順利入住。唯一的問題是門口在修路，根據Google 的指示走，路被施工封了。還得繞一下。
