Gut …..

The towel provided to us had some blood stains and there was no water kettle nor tea bags provided. They were very slow in responsing to our request and during check out inormed them about my complains that made my stay unfortunate at 5 stars hotel. They said only sorry and not offered us any complementary thing.

Très bonne hôtel rapport qualité prix juste à côté du métro propre chambre très spacieuse. L’hôtel a des équipement un peu ancien mais fonctionnel. L’équipe de nuit à la réception n’est pas très accueillante

Das Concorde Hotel ist eine gute Anlaufsstelle für Doha. Nachdem es beim Betreten des Zimmers sehr viele Probleme gab, die aber auch schnell gelöst wurden, kann ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen.Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Auch der Reinigungsservice funktionierte sehr gut. Nach dem Frühstück war das Zimmer sehr ordentlich gereinigt. Einen besonderen Dank geht an Levie und Nagendra. DIE Lobby ist sehr modern eingerichtet.Der Spa Bereich sollte auch benutzt werden um die Kalorien nach dem Frühstück ab zu tränieren. Ein gepflegter Swimmingpool ist neben dem Restaurant, leider scheint keine Sonne um sich zu bräunen.Gleich neben dem Hotel befindet sich die Metro und man kommt schnell zur Uferpromenade. In den nächsten Wochen kann man über die Concorde Hotelgruppe einen Bericht lesen.

I was in town for a business trip and unfortunately booked the night in this hotel as my usual hotels were fully booked. It was a terrible experience !! The hotel room is outdated which would have been fine if it was at least clean. All the furniture was covered in dust inclusing the desk, bed etc... The rug on the floor didnt seem to have seen a vacuum in ages. Dust balls gathering on the floor. The room walls have black stains. All in all, it is not a place you would want to spend the night in. The staff themselves are on a different level, totally indifferent and clear that no effort is being made to at least make the guests feel welcomed. Avoid at all costs !!

Everything was on point, service was at its best. From food to service to organisation to cleanliness and the set up & decoration. Guests were also very happy and satisfied with food. Sound system was perfect and as we wanted. It was the best decision that I booked this package at Concorde Hotel. I recommend this hotel to my friends and to anyone planning for their wedding. Keep up the good work, and thank you again.

IRA at the reception was helpful. Hoped for a soft bed but it was a bit hard. The TV should've been a smart one with Netflix support but was an old model. The gym and sauna were incredible. Me and my family had good time.Overall a splendid experience.

Honestly I just wanted to say that Great customer services . Thank you Concorde for your amazing Service, I just want to say Thank you for your kind Staffs. Especially Ira last light and Solochana from Sri Lanka because of his indeed service to me. I came here for business but my stay was very relaxing see you soon guys.
