I’ve stayed here many times and usually everything is great. The check-in staff was very nice, but the person at check-out was unprofessional. I understand the invoice has to come from a third party, but giving me a blank one with no details is just careless — especially when other staff have done it properly before. Really disappointing this time.

Small room but do able … Shower water pressure is low … Over all small but comfortable

The location is convenient.

I wasn’t staying at the hotel that day but was inexplicably charged an extra $5 for internet. Additionally, parking fees had to be paid, the front desk management was not friendly enough, and I never managed to have breakfast because there was only one person serving, making the service extremely slow.

Hotel provided bi-daily housekeeping service, i have to called and exchanged for new clean towels the next day. In the 3rd days house maids only made up the bed and provided clean towels , but no cleaning to the bathroom and pick up any garbages on the floor. This is a named brand and higher price hotel in this area, but it gave me a lot of surprises with different experiences. In addition, they charged $10 per day for parking that is not listed when I made booking. This is surprised and not my expected as well.

Mid-hill level with very good location ease of access to variety food restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, recreation parks n hiking trails. Close to HWY60. But paid overnight parking space is negative.

Booked two nights. Due to plan change, I called the hotel if I could delay my check-in date by one day. Hotel replied that I could not change as my booking was made via a third party. I said please keep my Booking and may charge my first day Even no show-up on the first Booking day, and I will still be living there for the second day. Ironically when I arrived at nearly midnight, i was told my booking was cancelled and no room available for me and my kids. I told them to check the phone records I made the previous day and advised a rough time range for them to check. But the could not check for me. What they can do to provide a phone number for a nearby Hotel, which I called to find no room either. I have to urgently book another hotel and asked my friend to pick us and drop us at the newly booked Hotel.

Good location with walking distance to many authentic Chinese restaurants.
