I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

It was our first time visiting Baltimore as a family, and thanks to this hotel, we left with only great memories. The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Right outside the hotel, we could ride bikes along the river and take morning walks—it was the perfect spot to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baltimore!

When looking for a place to stay, too priority for me was room service, which this hotel advertised on their website that they offered. They did not. The front desk person the proceeded to insult my intelligence by suggesting that ”room service” means they'll come to your room and change your towels. Attached are the website photos, showing ”room service” under the Dining menu, and ”housekeeping” listed under amenities. The room was nice, the bed comfy, and the free breakfast was great, but the neighborhood has no walkable stores, and one very pricey restaurant 2 blocks away.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Springhill Suiten. Der Herr des Valet, Akeem(?), war sehr hilfreich, freundlich und professionell. Darrien war fantastisch, freundlich, freundlich und professionell. Er beantwortete meine vielen Fragen mit großen Vorschlägen. Unsere Zimmer waren speziell, sauber und komfortabel. Ich suchte ein Hotel in der Nähe der Komödie Show und niedrig und sieh es war im gleichen Hotel. So war es großartig für uns nach der Eincheckung zum Abendessen kam es für 45 Minuten zurück entspannt. Dann ging es nach unten Treppen zu der Komödie Fabrik. Wir hatten kostenlose Frühstückskupongs, aber wir beschlossen, auf unserem Weg nach Richmond zu entdecken. Insgesamt schöne Ort, um zu bleiben gefunden, sie auch Shuttle für Kreuzfahrten aus diesem Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt direkt über dem Weg vom Konventszentrum. Es war sauber, sicher, freundlich und hatte alle Ausstattung, die ich suche. Ich musste sehr letzte Minute nach einer Stornierung an einem anderen Ort buchen und war erfreut, um ein sauberes, schönes klimatisiertes Zimmer mit allem, was ich brauchte.
