It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

Gutes Hotel, sauberer Pool, Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel, großer Balkon) verschiedene Frühstück, Gemüse, Süßigkeiten. Ich empfehle

The staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean, aesthetic and the garden views are great. It was always a sigh of relief returning to the hotel after a day out in Agadir. The beach near the hotel also was not as busy as other areas on the strip, so definitely a good spot if you want to be away from the crowds. What let’s this hotel down is the average breakfast, wasn’t really 5* and they definitely need to improve on variety of warm breakfast options and it isn’t clear that you can order certain things on a select menu. The hotel restaurants also weren’t great and overpriced for what you get, I wouldn’t recommend. Found it odd that you also had to pay to use the padel court! Usually activities like these are available to access as guests!

Die Lage des Hotels war erstaunlich und wir wurden auf ein schönes Meerblickzimmer upgradiert. Wir fanden das Essen sehr gut jedes Essen und wir verwendeten auch die Snackbar und das Essen war gut. Die Beschäftigten in der Strandbar waren recht brutal wie der Mann auf der Scheckausfahrt. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde Plastik auf den Boden unseres Blocks gelegt und die Arbeiter nahmen das Pflaster ab. Das störte unseren Aufenthalt nicht, aber es wäre schön gewesen, dass man warnt, dass diese Arbeit geschehen wird. Das Bett war komfortabel und die Ausstattung war auch gut.

Wir waren vier Tage hier. Für den Preis gut, die Ausstattung ist allerdings sehr einfach. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns die falsche Zimmerkategorie zugewiesen, und das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht sehr hilfsbereit, bis ich Trip.com einschaltete und wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Ein dickes Lob! Das Zimmer hatte keinen Kühlschrank, also erwarten Sie das nicht, wenn Sie hinfahren. Sie können sich an der Bar einen Weinkühler mit Eis ausleihen, das haben wir getan. Ich würde wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten, da es so günstig war.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal auf der Ebene der Rezeption und Sicherheit . Schönes Zimmer mit Hausgebäude. Genug vom Strand entfernt. Schönes Schwimmbad, aber es ist schade, dass der Club nebenan spät am Abend Musik setzt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber die Organisation muss überprüft werden, um die Wartezeit zu vermeiden. Sehr schöne Sporthalle, aber bezahlende Schade, dass es nicht mit dem Zimmerpreis wie viele andere Hotels verstanden wird.

The hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again. But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard. As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing
