Zum ersten Mal in Yangzhou war es sehr bewegt, das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber dekoriert. Die Infrastruktur ist in Ordnung. Das Vergesslichste ist, dass jeder Mitarbeiter des Hotels ist. Ich sage, jeder Mitarbeiter, den ich getroffen habe, sehr enthusiastisch ist der Service in der Detailliertheit. Das ist, was ich noch nie getroffen habe. Von meinem Chef Xiaobo im Voraus zu meinem Parkplatzmanagement, Tom, gibt es viele Menschen, darunter Tante, Tante, kleinen Brother, die das Essen besorgen, sind enthusiastisch und aufmerksam. Ich habe meine Eltern zum ersten Mal nach Yanzhou gebracht und sie haben auch dieses Hotel gepflegt. Am Abend war der Autoplatz voll. Tom brachte mich geduldig zum Parkplatz und lehrt mich, wie ich morgen rauskomme. Am nächsten Tag sah ich, dass sie bereit waren, um den Sonnenaufgang zu verteidigen. Und ein Meister hat mir einen Wagen gegeben. Es ist wirklich sehr behutsam. Ich bin spät auf dem Frühstück, ich bin nicht gut beurteilt, andere sind es wirklich wert, noch weniger dieses Hotel ist immer voller.

Ein erstaunliches Erlebnis im Herzen von Yangzhou! Die Lage in der Nähe des Slender West Lake ist unglaublich bequem. Das Hotel selbst ist friedlich, sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Service war hochwertig, das Personal war warm, hilfsbereit, freundlich und gelöst alle unsere Anfragen, einschließlich der Hilfe, uns unsere Parzellen zu schicken. I've stayed at many hotels due to frequent business trips, but this hotel is definitely the best. Among the reception staff, Tian Tiantu and Changchang were particularly kind. I have an appointment in a place where it's burdensome to walk because I have an appointment. I asked for a taxi, but they personally transported me to the hotel vehicle so I could travel to the location for free. There are also some where you can have a simple meal late in the evening, and in my experience, breakfast is more diverse than hotels of similar size. It wasn't the kindness of one staff member, but all the employees were good. Even when I checked out and left the hotel, they picked me up to the train station. They also packed a gift containing Yangzhou specialties. Next time I go on a business trip to the same area, I will definitely use this hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff who helped me during my stay.

Ich hatte einen so angenehmen Aufenthalt im Novotel Yangzhou City Centre! Die Zimmer waren super sauber und komfortabel alles fühlte sich frisch und gut betreut. Was wirklich den Aufenthalt speziell machte, war der erstaunliche Service. Ehrlich gesagt, es fühlte sich wie ich in einem Hotel über 5 Sterne auf dem Weg. Das Personal war alle freundlich und hilfreich, und ich möchte kleinen Jay einen großen Schrei geben Er war unglaublich warm, aufmerksam, und machte mich so willkommen. Sie können ihr wirklich sagen, dass sie sich um die Gäste kümmert und geht die zusätzliche Meile. Wenn ich wieder Yangzhou besuche, werde ich hier sicher bleiben. The lobby is well heated. A coffee machine is found in the lobby. This is the only hotel that provides one in the lobby of the seven hotels that we stayed in. The coffee machine offers only espresso and americano. On arrival, we opted to push our luggage on the ram so as to avoid lifting them while walking up the steps. But the entrance of the ram was blocked by e-scooters etc. We complaint to the front office staff and the problem was later rectified. We were handed tooth brush by the front office staff upon check-in. Only 1 key card was given. Most hotels give 2. There are storage compartments for luggage available. But you have to do it yourself via some apps. Guests should not have to do this themselves. Service ranges from average to poor. Universal socket is not provided in the room. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Refrigerator is cold. There’s both air-conditioning and heating. Therefore, guests have a choice. Auto-door closer is not installed for the room door. So we had to make sure that our door is locked when we leave the room. Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. Toothbrush, shower cap, comb, hand towel etc was not replenished in the following day. Consequently, we wrote a list of the items and things that we needed done and place it on the bed for the room attendant to carry out. We normally switch off all the lights in the room when we sleep. We only have the shower cubicle and toilet lights on. This can’t be done. We have to choose between all lights off or some lights on in the room as well. Consequently, we didn’t sleep well for five nights. Range and quality of food is poor. Quantity is small. Milk and yogurt are dispensed from machines. Restaurant is heated. Knife is not offered. I wanted one to spread the butter on the toast. However, forks are provided! I had to switch on the toaster myself. I didn’t know how and a staff showed me. Then the staff asked me to switch it off after use. This is my first encounter with such a ridiculous breakfast situation! It is not my responsibility to switch off the toaster after use! Service is poor. There are moments when the entire restaurant is void of service staff. They are either in the kitchen or dish-washing area. There’s only one coffee machine and when it runs out of milk etc, one has to wait for a few minutes. This is below our expectations. Brown sugar is not offered. Butter was placed, in the same basket, with the jam. There were so few that I missed it. It’s strange for breakfast table to have partitions especially after covid.

酒店整體服務非常好，辦理入住非常迅速，並且也送了揚州特產揚大酸奶作為歡迎禮品，非常貼心🎉房間整體非乾淨，設施設備還是非常不錯的，整體非常新，空間也足夠大，入住體驗非常好👍附近吃飯非常方便，走路大概10分鐘就有大學城夜市，本地特色菜也好有，選的非常多，有小攤子也有本地的餐飲店，各個檔次都有，最重要的是打車去高鐵站很方便，很容易叫車。如果對定位不熟悉的話可以讓前台幫忙叫車，這樣叫車會快一些，前台的工作人員都非常熱情，非常願意幫忙，非常推薦入住👍

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
