Das Gesamtgefühl, hier zu bleiben, lohnt sich, auch wenn ich einen Nachmittag drinnen bleibe und aus der Ferne arbeite. Ich freue mich auf die modernisierten Einrichtungen und werde in Zukunft wiederkommen.

這次入住整體很滿意，還沒出發，酒店就聯繫我們詢問到店時間，還發了酒店停車場定位，方便我們導航。下午到店，很快就辦好了入住手續，房間安排了兩間挨着的，前台還細心地介紹晚餐去哪裡吃，確實味道很不錯，走路就能到。房間窗外看出去視野很開闊，雖然臨街，但是隔音很好，很安靜，床品很舒服，整晚都睡得很好。第二天退房，前台小姑娘還給我介紹了周邊可以逛逛的景點，濕地公園這個季節坐坐船拍拍照，蠻好的。這次德清之行，同行的夥伴都很滿意，尤其是對酒店，希望越來越好。

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff is very much welcoming, friendly and extremely caring! Even though only breakfast was included, they offered us full board… Meals are all very delicious and homemade by a lovely lady! Since we don’t eat pork she prepared a separate meal for us. My friend was sick the other day and hotel member took us to the city for hospital check up since waiting for taxi took forever. Thank you so much. Die Aussicht ist sehr weit und die Landschaft ist wunderschön, mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten des Dorfes Wuling daneben. Es ist sehr bequem, den Berg hinaufzufahren. Das Hotel wird Sie einen Tag im Voraus kontaktieren, um Ihr Nummernschild mitzuteilen. Tagsüber können Sie von 8:30 bis 16:30 Uhr den Berg hinauffahren Am Kontrollpunkt gibt es nach 16:30 Uhr keine Einschränkung auf der Bergaufstrecke. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Parkplatz und in der Open-Air-Bar vor dem Hotel können Sie bis 20:00 Uhr kostenlos bestellen und singen. Das Frühstück sollte früher erfolgen, da mehr Leute da sind und man sich einen Sitzplatz suchen muss. Insgesamt gute Bewertung.

Property location was good, rooms were big & clean. Staff was very welcoming & soft-spoken. We decided to have dinner on arrival day, but we were late & kitchen was closed, but still staff cooked fried rice & noodles for us which was tasty. Breakfast next morning was also good with many options. Only downside was swimming pool was closed which we didn't know before booking. But in-room bathtub was big enough to accomodate all 3 of us. Overall good stay!

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und somit ideal für Familien. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl, und die Thermalbäder waren neu. Besonders schön war das Kinderplanschbecken; die Wassertemperatur war perfekt, sodass die Kinder sich nicht erkälteten, und sie hatten riesigen Spaß. Das Jiangnan Yaowu-Landschaftsschutzgebiet liegt nur zwei Gehminuten hinter dem Hotel – sehr praktisch. Das von mir gebuchte Paket war recht günstig. Ich möchte den Kundenservice loben; wir bekamen schnell Wasserflaschen und Bademäntel und sogar Gutscheine für Frühstück und Thermalbäder für die Kinder. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden!

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
