Umgebung: Eine Million-Dollar-Aussicht, selbst während der Regenzeit ist es herrlich, die Berge und Wolken zu betrachten. Sauberkeit: Keine größeren Mängel, der Duft war sehr angenehm (habe leider vergessen, welcher es war, würde ihn gerne wiederfinden). Service: Aufmerksam und diskret. Ausstattung: Komplett. Es wäre noch besser, wenn die Bettwäsche atmungsaktiver wäre und im Badezimmer eine intelligente Toilette installiert würde.

Ganztägige Aktivitäten im Hotel (je nach Saison und Wetter aktualisiert): Als wir dort waren, war es eigentlich noch etwas kühl, aber morgens war es sehr sonnig. Beim Essen sahen wir viele Aktivitäten, wie Zuckerbilder machen und kandierte Früchte auf Spießen (Bingtanghulu), was eine festliche Neujahrsstimmung verbreitete. Service: Ich finde, der Service war auch sehr aufmerksam und ziemlich gut. Sie halfen sogar bei der Koordination, wenn das Essen in einem Restaurant nicht zufriedenstellend war. Service: Ich denke, der Shuttle-Service sollte verbessert werden. Sauberkeit: Die Hygiene ist tadellos, die Sauberkeit ist definitiv sehr gut gemacht. Umgebung: Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, die Luft in den Bergen ist auch sehr gut, und die Aufteilung der Zimmer und der Blick auf Moganshan durch das Fenster oder vom Balkon aus machen gute Laune.

Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber dieses hier ist mir besonders in Erinnerung geblieben. Die Aktivitäten sind sehr vielfältig und der Butler war so herzlich, dass es mir fast peinlich war. Für einen Urlaub ist es wirklich top.

My daughter and I stayed at naked Castle for 2 nights and found it to be a phenomenal getaway with outstanding service, incomparable views, and thoroughly enjoyable amenities. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Cliffside Suite, which I would absolutely book again on a return trip. The space was full inviting and peaceful with plenty of room to spread out and a glorious view of the mountains. I enjoyed the heated infinity pool every morning and we participated in Pottery Painting, one of many complimentary activities available each day. Breakfast and dinner at the naked Bite were delicious and the wait staff were attentive and accommodating. Our package included a portrait session around the castle, which I *highly* recommend taking advantage of…the photos are just beautiful! Overall our stay was peaceful, relaxing and restorative…exactly what we had hoped for.

Came to the Naked Castle Resort for a weekend getaway from Shanghai and it was simply amazing! The views alone are worth a day trip, but the wonderful staff, beautiful design and quiet luxury invite you to stay for a couple of nights. Be sure to treat yourself to one of the activities organised by the hotel and a visit to the spa. Through the great help of the reception desk (Crystal) the hotel felt like home for the weekend. Looking forward to return!

The view from the cliffside room was fantastic. The room was very clean, has a lot of space and high ceilings. The location is perfect - has a shortcut to Moganshan park by stairs. The breakfasts had variety of local and European dishes and were different for the two nights we stayed. The staff is very friendly and it feels that they care about you. Also the staff speaks good English what is rare in China. It was also very convenient to use the hotel mini app and chat via WeChat on all kinds of requests anytime. Will definitely recomend this hotel to my friends.

Our stay at Naked Castle Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is extraordinary, beautifully designed with unique rooms that blend luxury, comfort, and nature perfectly. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, even down to the wonderfully fragrant bath amenities that left a lasting impression on us. What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. The reception staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Nadia from the restaurant was especially communicative, informative, and always eager to help with recommendations and assistance. Willa was equally warm and professional, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. Manager Lily stood out with her quick responsiveness, kindness, and excellent leadership that could clearly be felt throughout the resort. We also truly appreciated the buggy driver who served shuttle service around the property, helpful, and ready to assist, adding another layer of comfort to our stay. Unfortunately, it rained during our arrival, which was a little disappointing because we had hoped to explore more of the beautiful surroundings and outdoor experiences the resort has to offer. Even so, the cozy atmosphere and outstanding hospitality still made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Naked Castle is not just a hotel, but an experience filled with beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details, and heartfelt service. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again in the future.

Naked Castle was a great place for a quiet weekend retreat. The staff were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the food and the room was splendid. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a room with a fabulous view and huge bath. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant in the castle which was delicious. The only small downside for us, as Western visitors, was the small cellar bar. The cocktails were good but there was no view or fun atmosphere. This did not detract from a great night away.
