Room condition is good. Neat and clean. Hotel staff behaviour is good. Food is also the best. I stayed for one day and they allowed early check in without any extra charges

I stayed in room no 317 and the toilet flush was not working, toilet door does not close, the lights are not adequate in the room no cctv was there on the floor. See the room condition

The bedding and other things were good, but the ac wasn't really chilling enough. I initially had a one day stay but extended one more due to business requirements, so there was this drainage issue with the room of the bathroom, the water accumulated in the dry area of the bathroom as well which took them close to 2 hours to clear. Expecting surely a better stay than it actually was.

My experience was horrible! please do not book this hotel. I booked it after seeing that it has mmtvaluestay but trust me, i regretted my decision. First they gave us the room which nowhere looked like the one shown in the picture. Then our washroom was broken and we couldn't take bath as water was flowing continuously. My room got filled with water as there wasn't a proper drainage or maybe it was not working. The taps were broken and it was a complete chaos. The customer service is the poorest of all! they changed our room after 1. 5hrs of constantly calling and visiting the reception 3-4 times. Even after they changed our room, our shower wasn't working. The washroom was very small. Housekeeping services in this hotel is the worst! i had to keep calling them 4-5 times then i got the basic needs like tea, soap, inf-act after changing my room and even then when i saw the shower wasn't working. I asked them to give me a bucket and it took them 1 hr to give me that. I was roaming in the corridor at 11pm after a long day. I regret spending money

The rooms were having very bad smell one can not stay for even 5 minutes the carpets were smelling i immediately left hotel and booked alternate accommodation

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very happy memories. Absolutely convenient location. Well connected for local smart transportation. Nice rooms, quick service. We had window showing us trees, bushes and peacocks as well. Pleasant reception.
