客人入住時，才開始打掃衞生。讓客人在前台辦理入住手續時起正常時間的等待。給我的第一個房間，窗外是在一個內院窄的空氣不暢流通，視線就不用説了………去前台換房間，前台的另一個女領導態度及熱情比第一個女工作人員好多了，可是還在等待房間準備後才能入住。我辦理入住的時間是晚上近8點了。我要問：一個五星級酒店下午不打掃房間嗎？要等客人來時才打掃嗎？

El servicio pésimo no atendieron a mi familia y el desayuno ni lo pasaron cuando estaba pagado se salieron y no dijeron nada como fue como la primera vez que fue bien. Atendido buen servicio tal vez sea el personal de este día 26 de junio

The bathroom was clogged and the air conditioning didn't work and there was a lot of noise in the room they put us in.

A landmark hotel of Guatemala we selected it for a weekend getaway with my wife even though it's a few minutes away from home, just to spend a day at the pool. It's a great place.

Great amenities. Clean rooms and the bar staff was exceptuonal. Please put rubber mats in the bathroom for the shower. MARBEL floors are slippery and much need a safety alternative for potential falls in the shower.

It was a nice hotel, my only concern was parking it was not easy even though you say you are staying at the hotel, it was not easy, and parking persons who mange parking they somehow just tell you there is no parking go around the corner it was not easy.
