Cool hotel. Just there was always construction noise from the mekong river. It was irritating. We didn't like it. So we moved to another hotel later.

Relaxing area by the river, nice staff who are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants nearby. 10 mins walk to Wat Phousi, 15 minutes walk to national museum.

Lovely looking hotel and decor is fresh and clean. It is overlooking the river but also on the roadside so can be a bit noisy. When we arrived the room wasn't ready and then they gave us a room without a river view which I had paid for. When I questioned this, the receptionist said it doesn't show that room on our system. Finally got them to change us to the correct room. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. They only operate a cook to order breakfast and don't have any menu to look at to order what you want. I was asked what I wanted....the only choice was an "American breakfast" so first morning I asked for this without any eggs. I got 3 bits of bread and some jam! Second day I again asked for American breakfast without eggs and some toast, I got 3 bits of bread and jam. They gave only the minimum of shower gel both days. What should be a lovely hotel is rather ruined by poor service.

ห้องพักสะอาด เงียบสงบ สมเหตุผลกับราคา มีอาหารเช้า เป็นไข่ดาว2ฟอง ขนมปัง2แผ่น แฮม2แผ่น ผลไม้ ชา กาแฟ ผู้จัดการกะกลางวันดูแลดีมาก ส่วนกะกลางคืนคุยกันไม่ค่อยเจ้าใจ ถามอะไรก็ไม่รู้ เช้ามาอีกวัน เห็นกะกลางคืนนอนอยู่บนโซฟา 7โมง ต้องปลุกให้เปิดประตู ตลกดีค่ะ

很温馨的酒店，就在香通寺下面，距離皇宮、夜市、早市步行10分鐘，周邊環境很好！有部分服務員會説中文、非常友好，中國人溝通無障礙！推薦！

非常漂亮的小別墅，工作人員也非常熱情，早餐非常好吃，琅勃拉邦本身不大，去到哪裡都非常方便，十分推薦的酒店！！

โรงแรมน่ารักดีมากค่ะ พนักงานใจดี คืนที่สองแอร์เสียก็พยายามช่วยเหลือจนได้เปลี่ยนห้อง แนะนำเลยค่ะ แต่ห่างไกลจากตลาด แต่ไม่ใช่อุปสรรค

오래되었지만 직원들이 적그적으로 도와 주려는 모습이 좋아요 당레도 방문의사 있음
