Die Marke garantiert den qualitativ hochwertigen Service und auch die Lage ist perfekt. Ich habe kein einziges Mal westliches Essen gegessen.

I arrived on September 17th 1:12 pm to check in to this hotel. The receptionist guy said check in was not until 3:00pm. I could have sworn I saw something on the hotels.com website that said there was a 2 hour early check in option. Pretty sure I chose it. Not sure how it didn't register. So I decided to check out the restaurant. I sat down and was greeted but a waiter. He said, we have great buffet with bla bla bla bla” I can't remember but he was REALLY trying to sell it. So I took a look at the buffet. It looked alright. There was no price visible anywhere so I didn't know how much it was. I asked the waiter and he told me to wait. He went to some room to get a scratch piece of paper. He wrote the price on the paper. It was kinda vague and his hand writing was strange. I had to ask him 3 times to clarify the price. He finally said “$34 for the lunch buffet”..... I immediately grabbed my bags and walked out. I've been all over the world and can't remember paying anywhere near that much for a lunch buffet. Not even in Europe. Around 3:00pm I was given my room key and room number. Took the elevator to room 802. It was a pretty nice room overall. The refrigerator didn't work though. Later on that night I asked some receptionist guy if I could get my refrigerator replaced. He said he would make a note of it and first thing in the morning it would be replaced. It wasn't. Around noon time the next day I went down the reception and asked a lady if she had any notes about someone needing a refrigerator replaced. Instead of answering my question she asked what my room number was. I again asked her if the receptionist guy from last night passed on the information. She again wouldn't answer and kept asking for my room number. This went on about 3 minutes or so. She then asked my name. I told her. She used this to find my room number. Still no answers about why I still had no replacement refrigerator and if any info was passed on from last night. She said I would get a replacement refrigerator soon. I didn't. Around 4:00pm I heard some cleaning ladies in the hall. I told her my refrigerator didn't work and asked them if I could get one from a near by room. She said, “OK sure”. She even carried it to my room as I grabbed the broke one and placed it in the hall. So in short... The receptionists suck at this hotel. Bathroom: Its pretty nice. The ventilation fan didn't work though. Gym: It's pretty darn good. Only thing missing was a flat bench press. There is a 45lbs bar laying on the floor though. So I am guessing this gym did have one at some point in time. The gym closes at 9:00pm. Which is still better than the Grand Tikal Futura which closes at 7:30pm. WiFi: It was good overall. It has that quirky log in system though. So after a minute of so of no activity on your smart phone it will disconnect. And you have the repeat the process over again. Breakfast: Overall it's pretty good. No buffet. Just

I loved my hotel room. The hotel staff were friendly but the restaurant staff were not very friendly. The pool was nice but could be cleaner. Nice neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. Super close to airport. Don't take the hotel shuttle though. I paid for shuttle and they just called me an Uber! I could have saved 20 bucks.

We had an international conference in Guatemala City and the Good Hotel staff helped us plan our accommodation months in advance! They were very accommodating and exceeded our expectations. Everyone in our group had a great time during our stay. The Good Hotel is centrally located and is near good office spaces and restaurants.We would love to stay here again the next time we come.

Vorteile: Lage sicher, Flughafen bequem, Abendessen lecker, Service professionell, Zimmer komfortabel. Lichtpunkt: Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität, das ist das wunderschönste Hotel der Klasse. Benachteiligung: Die Würfel sind sehr unbehaglich Insgesamt: sehr zufrieden, wird wieder kommen

Good, small boutique hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood (Zona 10, where most of the embassies and 5* chain hotels are, just down the road from the Intercontinental, for example). 3 blocks away from the Oakland mall, and the supermarket next to it, so plenty of dining options or you can purchase your own snacks, wine etc. Room service sandwich was good, and the daily (included on my ********* purchase) breakfast in a nice sunny space on the roof was excellent. Good clean rooms, excellent water pressure, solid wifi, several power points in proper working desk. No fridge, no mini bar or snacks, which is a missed opportunity I think. 10usd for a ride to the airport nearby (about 15mins) , though I'm sure the website said it was included, but whatever. Friendly staff, v organized reception speaking good English. Recommended for a couple of nights.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, es ist eine Suite mit Frühstück, es ist ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank, TV, Telefon, man kann selbst kochen, es gibt ein komplettes Geschirr, muss nur etwas kaufen? und du kannst es schaffen

El personal es muy amable, pero eso no tapa un montón de carencias incomprensibles … excepto que te encante tener que arreglar tú mismo una cisterna rota, desayunar una fruta insípida (¡en Guatemala 😳!), escuchar el ruido del tráfico por la noche a través de ventanas sin aislamiento, hacer el pino puente para intentar que la cortina oscurecedora tape la ventana o unas cuantas cosas más. La situación, el personal y el precio son buenos. El resto, menos que mediocre.
