前台服務員姚艷艷很好，笑容滿面，有問必答。另外還有一位服務員Vincy也十分好，主動回答我們的問題，幸好這位服務員廣東話很好，令到我們很有親切感。 房間衛生不錯，設備齊全，唯一有問題是空調，無論我們怎樣開都是熱風，我們是星期六到酒店那天還要很熱加上空調出熱風，整間房熱上加熱，完全接受不到，致電前台，回覆是整間酒店都轉了熱風沒有冷氣，十分是不能接受，那天有20幾度，房間也25度以上，整個人都出汗，最後我要求給我一把風扇，整楝酒店只有一把風扇，我是和家人一齊去住的，訂了兩間房但只有一把風扇十分不可置信，空調沒有冷氣也沒有送風功能在房間裏焗桑拿沒有氣，到了晚上實在忍不到要求換間通風房才換了一間有兩邊窗給我們，這樣才好一點，有點風對流，不用在房間差點焗暈。 早餐種類多，味道好，簡直一流。
