All Seasons Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center Branch)

Das Personal ist sehr effizient und hilfsbereit. Das Einchecken verlief schnell und einfach. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber und mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist insgesamt SEHR ÄSTHETISCH, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Ich habe meinen kurzen Aufenthalt genossen. Ich würde dieses Hotel empfehlen und würde wiederkommen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut! Es gibt gutes Essen in der Nähe und die U-Bahn ist auch in der Nähe. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett, während meines Aufenthalts kamen zu viele Studenten ins Untersuchungshotel, die Kellner waren zu beschäftigt und fielen früh in Ohnmacht, aber sie versuchten ihr Bestes, um den Anforderungen der Gäste gerecht zu werden. Es gibt nur ein kleines Problem. Die Handtücher im Zimmer haben einen kleinen Fleck. Es stört nicht viel, wenn es als Unterlage verwendet wird, aber ich hoffe auf Verbesserung Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Bei nächster Gelegenheit werde ich wieder dort übernachten!

-SMELLY LIFT AREA -VERY BAD CLEANING STAFF CLEAN MANY TABLES WITH ONE CLOTH WITHOUT ANY CLEANING SPRAY LIQUID ， VERY DISGUSTING. MAKE ME WORRY ABOUT HOW THEY CLEAN UPS MY ROOM. -The cleaner took away the fruit bread while many guests still eating there. when around 9.30 am , I wanted fruit after FOOD BUT ITS ALREADY CLEARED. -Some still take fruit from cleaner trolley

Highly recommend! We stayed 6 nights and feels like home. Great amenities and excellent services. The room was very clean and has free laundry service. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Kudos to the receptionist and cleaner. The only downside is the nearest MTR is 20 minutes away from the hotel but if you take taxi or “Uber” that’s won’t be an issues. Don’t forget to try the coffee on the ground floor level. - Store by .JPG Will definitely stays again when we come back to Guangzhou.

The Hotel is very clean and looks like brandnew opened we stayed for 3 nights. The Stuff also tried to help to us even, they can’t speak english, we used tranlate APP to communicate. There is a Laundry are with dryer, very convenient. The only bad point is, that the breakfast is just chinese, I couldn’t find western food. Overall very good stay in Guangzhou! 👍

• Comfort: 7.5/10 • Service: 7/10 • Cleanliness: 10/10 Fast check in process but note that you will need to have your photo taken (using their webcam camera) as a hotel security measure. Security is great - you have to swipe to enter your floor at the lift. Keep in mind that limited staff can speak english - most front desk people ask you to write what you want to say on their phone for it to be translated. Extremely clean! The cleaning staff will automatically provide daily housecleaning and clean your room, provide fresh bedding and towels, and more water bottles. During the time of my stay, I could use the laundry and dryer for free, however much I needed so that was extremely convenient. A few negative: 1. The windows can’t be closed. It was super cold (under 2 degrees outside at night) and the window would open since it was extremely windy outside. At the time, the hotel didn’t activate the “heater” function, and only “cooling” could be used, so the room got really cold even if I turned off the “aircon.” 2. Walls are not soundproof, can hear neighbours if they are playing music loudly or using hair dryer. 3. They say no smoking floor but some people still smoke sometimes - I can smell i through the corridors. 4. If you’re at the higher floors (floor 37-43); it sometimes takes ages for the lift to arrive. There are a total of 4 lifts, 2 which stop at every floor, and 2 which are more express lifts (and the one the recommend to go up to your floor). During peak hour the wait can be around 5-10mins for the lift to arrive. Overall, it’s a nice, cosy and very clean hotel space. Great location and amenities but just keep in mind the general negatives I listed. I did enjoy my stay so I could recommend it but maybe if you travel there during warmer seasons (since the window issue is rather inconvenient especially if they don’t activate the “heat” function for room air circulation control).

First time in China since a long while and was trying to find a hotel which costs around us$70. My hotel requirement is that needs to be clean and near public transport, was reading up on a lot of reviews to find the right fit, given my small budget. Chanced upon the description of the property which says it was built in 2022 and decided that this was it. Nice place and modern zen looking. All Seasons has nailed a sweet spot in this China hotel market. Room was decent size and clean sheets. Also has a Chinese tea set if u want to make tea. Breakfast was normal for the price you pay. Near the sports complex and I thought that would be far from public transport, but I since realised that in GZ it’s actually cheap to take taxi around so public transport not really key. Also it is convenient to rent a bike and I took this option to travel up and down from the hotel to the teemall / grandview mall area / metro station. So that cuts down on the walking. This Tianhe area would be a nice area to site yourself. Other areas include the Beijing pedestrian area. Hotel has some running mill and stationary bikes in the gym. Also a laundry room with many machines. Only complaint would be the lifts are slow to begin with and have to serve many guests. Hope this review is helpful to people who are still undecided. Strongly recommend.

Very well located and within walking distance to Lin He Xi and TianHe shopping street. Room is clean and well equipped. Very cosy design. Large selection for breakfast as well.
