This hotel was nothing short of amazing! First Anne-Catherine and Laurent were both so nice and helpful and really made us feel welcomed. I’m addition, we received great recommendations for where to eat and what to do. The hotel is small and is located in the Port which does not allow cars. They did a great job of giving directions prior to arrival on what to do. If you are coming by car, they have 3 spaces at the hotel for €25 a day but these are subject to availability. If those are full or you want something cheaper, they will give you information on the parking they provide outside of the port. We were given a choice of rooms as it was off season but honestly I don’t think there is a bad room in the place. The ones we saw and the one we ended up staying in were both modern and fairly good sized and all had unique views. We opted not to have the hotel breakfast but it looked fantastic with a variety of fruit, pastry and omelette options in addition to coffee. The Wi-Fi worked well and they also provided us with beach towels so we could take advantage of the beach. If I ever come back to Port Grimaud I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The Best Western Les Portes de Provence is the perfect place for your business trips, your family holidays, and your trip with friends or with your loved ones. Our 3-star hotel is extremely well situated, just above the Le Coeur Du Var. We are close to Le Massif des Maures and Natura 2000, Abbey of the Thoronet, the parc Aoubre at Flassans-sur-Issole, and 45 minutes away from the seacoast.

Nice apartment, specious and complete. Nice staff and good parking. Very nice environment and we were suprised that it was so quiet. Also it was nice that the responsible lady of the residence was speaking our language and was very helpfull to us like the rest of the staff. We will recommend this residence.

Wir waren zum 6. Mal dort. Es ist jedesmal wie ”nach Hause” zu kommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und stets bemüht, dass der Aufenthalt in positiver Erinnerung bleibt. Der Hoteldirektor Brice hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und spontan bei der Lösung eines kleinen Problems geholfen. Sein Personal schwärmt über seine angenehme Art und die Stimmung im Team spiegelt genau das wider. Es wird viel gelacht und es wirkt als ginge alles leicht von der Hand und man spürt, dass der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Auch Freunde von uns waren diesmal mit und waren ebenfalls begeistert. Die Hausdamen grüßen freundlich und fragen proaktiv nach, ob etwas fehlt. We really enjoyed being in the beautiful hotel Le Verger Maelvi! The room was so charming, with the lovely balcony and wonderful view. Exceptional! We also liked the breakfast very much, so much choice and perfect service. It was only for 2 nights because the hotel was fully booked, but we enjoyed every minute of it! So don’t hesitate if you want the most cozy hotel on a perfect location to visit Grimaud, Port Grimaud, St tropez… The owners are very helpful, you can ask anything (nice beaches, good restaurants,…). They were also very kind for our little son. We miss it already !

Wir haben es für 7 Tage unsere Heimatbasis gemacht; einige Nächte an anderen Orten auf unserer Fahrt verbrachte, aber Matisse war unser Lieblings- und bequemstes Hotel. Sehr gut gedacht, sauber, mit exuberanten Matisse Themen dekoriert, alles ist für den Komfort der Gäste gemacht. Ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf die Rückterrasse und den Pool, aber Komfort in der Mitte der Stadt mit Restaurants, Geschäften und dem Hafen/ Strand in der Nähe. Personal immer hilfreich und willkommen. Ein großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Parkgarage über die Straße. Ein Vorschlag: Hinzufügen einer Griffbar, um ältere Gäste aus der Dusche zu helfen. Wir werden zurück!
