Mia Cappadocia Cave Hotel

Its a literal cave no windows or ac.you wont be able to relax or have a good sleep coz its humid inside,only good thing is the courteous staff but the hotel is definately not worth staying.

The property and host were really good. The location was very easy accessible. The car parking is too tight as it is a busy place with other hotels. You can see wonderful balloon view from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing.

Avoid the hotel. Do not book any excursions through them. Booked a baloon flight through them a day after I had booked a photoshoot with another company. I explicitly told them I had a photoshoot tomorrow and couldn't book the ballon flight tomorrow, but wanted it the day after and gave them the specific date I wanted the ballon flight. On the day of the photoshoot I get picked up by what I thought was a van to the photoshoot, only to be called a few minutes later by the photoshoot people. Had to stop the van in the middle of the road and have the photoshoot people pick us up on the side of the road. (The photoshoot people were very professional). The hotel refused to change the date of the balloon trip and refused to refund our money. Absolutely horrible customer service. A complete nigh**are.

It was a last minute booking for us. Overall it was quite a good find. The initial room we were given was right behind the reception, so we found that there was less privacy and the window opening was in the corridor and there was no daylight in the room, although the room itself was nice, so we paid extra to change the room upstairs. The room upstairs was really nice. We had goreme view right infront of our room. The viewpoint is literally less than 5 mins away, both for balloons and sunset. You can see balloons from the hotel and also the sunset. The reception staffs were friendly mainly the young guy who was on night shifts. Although he speaks less english, he tried his best to give good customer service. I would definitely be recommending this cave hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was amazing and there are beautiful terraces to sit and catch the sunrise or sunset. Would happily stay here again!

My girlfriend and I booked the “Premium” King Suite at Mia Cappadocia Cave Hotel. Some of the things that attracted us to book this property was the: 1- private entrance , 2- sound proofing, 3- extra large bed with linen, 4- mosquito net, 5- patio etc… i will add the photo of the description of the room below. Upon arrival at the airport and after previously demanding an airport shuttle from the property, we arrived and waited and nobody showed up. We took our own taxi and arrived at the hotel to find out that our Premium King Suite is an underground closed stuffy room directly behind the reception. Upon asking where is the private entrance, the manager said “that it has a door doesnt it?” Pure deceiving description. The room is as stuffy, smelly, and suffocating as it can get. You cannot spend 10 minutes inside the room without losing the ability to breath. The manager also explains: “it is the cave experience”. The description said sound proof. My girlfriend and i tested the room. She stayed inside i stayed outside near the reception and we basically had a concersation. The room has 0 Sound Proofing. Literally anyone in the lobby or reception can hear you inside the room. Again description doesnt match reality. Now lets talk about the room. The bed is a medium sized bed with poor bedding sheets. No mosquito net. No kettle, no nothing.. the room is nothing near a Premium King Suite. After refusing to stay in the room and asked for a room change, the manager refused. We then asked for a refund, the manager also refused and threatened to call the police, and called the owner to come and deal with us. At the end, we left and booked another hotel. After filing a complaint to ******* where we made the booking, the manager Gurkan, called us and offered a 2 night refund out of the 3 only if we delete our review. This is why i am adding an honest review about our experience with this hotel. At the end we got a 2 night refund and they ripped us off with 1 night. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY. Unprofessional, deceiving, and manipulative. If i could them a 0 stars i would have. Terrible terrible experience.

A very nice place to spend few days. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The room was cosy and warm (we were there in December with the snow!), clean and we had a little terrace in front. The view is great and there is a common room where breakfast is served, an abundant and delicious meal prepared by locals people, very tasty! Thank you!
