"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Caverna Hotel. Das Personal und die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich und haben einen tollen Service geleistet. Allgemein war die Athmosphäre sehr schön und familiär. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit hierher kommen."

"Our two-night stay here was unfortunately disappointing. We were given a room on the ground floor which had several issues during our stay. Part of the cave ceiling fell shortly after we checked in and so there was stone debris strewn around the room and on top of one of our suitcases. Thankfully our suitcase was closed. We swiftly complained to reception who told us that these issues do happen as it is a cave and assigned the cleaner to clean the mess. We left to explore town for a few hours and came back fully expecting the mess to already be cleaned but it had not been. There is only one cleaner for the entire hotel and so, cleaning services are not as prompt as it can be but it was eventually sorted. Cleanliness is another issue that we encountered. The room was dusty and the floors were quite dirty. Walking barefoot in our room was not an option. Dust covered some surfaces, particularly the hair dryer in the bathroom, that was not functioning. We would also periodically find fine rock debris on our items that we left on the bathroom counter. Furthermore, while breakfast was delightful and there was a nice range of things to choose from, we were shocked at how the food was not served and covered properly. It was left exposed during the entire dining time and as it is summer now, flies were hovering constantly. Amenities were also dissatisfying. The broken hairdryer aside, there were only three lamps in our cave room which had no windows. So as can be imagined, it was incredibly dark. On our last day, two of the lights went out and so we had to pack our luggages with the door wide open just so we could see. The air-conditioner was barely functioning so the room was sweltering in the morning. It was better at night but we had to sleep without the blankets in order to be comfortable. Lastly, the glass shower had no door and looked to have been broken. That said, the staff members were kind and welcoming and tried their best to attend to our needs, albeit not always swiftly. We did take into consideration that this is a cave hotel and that infrastructural issues are to be expected. However, the hotel itself does not seem to be maintained well. I am sure there are plenty of cave hotels that do not have the issues listed. There is ongoing construction happening at the rooftop area though so that might be the cause? Furthermore, as it is a small hotel (I hesitate to even classify it as that - it feels more like a bed and breakfast), the staff itself is small and so, service can be slow. All in all, it is a good option if you want to have an authentic cave experience that is not as expensive as the others and that is conveniently located in the town centre close to all the good eateries. Just make sure to adjust your expectations and to be prepared for issues to arise that though are minor, are too numerous to be overlooked. Side note: do not get a taxi to the airport from the hotel. Quoted at 60 Euros while the taxi stand 5 mins away from the hotel can take you there for a little over 2000 Liras."

Hot Air Ballon ist eine Muss! - Aussichten von der öffentlichen Terrasse ist wunderschön - Hausaufbewahrung ist schlank. das Zimmer ist nicht sehr sauber Die Mühle ist nicht überall leer während unseres 3-Tage-Aufenthalts. Kein Flaschenwasser wird täglich gefüllt und sie zahlen 60 Liras für eine kleine Flasche Wasser auf der Rezeption. leere Toiletten von früheren Gästen sind Noch im Zimmer... - WC ist nicht ventiliert und sehr sandig nicht sicher, ob es so ist für andere Gräber Hotels auch"

"Die Umgebung dieses Hotels ist sehr gut und auch der Service ist gut. Einer der Angestellten kann Chinesisch sprechen, was viel praktischer ist. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Kappa komme, werde ich trotzdem dieses Hotel zum Wohnen wählen."

"This hotel was definitely wonderland. Inside and outside, truly stunning with the gorgeous Cappadocia back drop to compliment the beautifully designed hotel grounds with green area and pool. I arrived long before check in time to do a tour at 4am which got canceled. Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower, jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna! The hotel also provide a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave! Best hotel in Cappadocia!"

"Mein Mann und ich hatten einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt im Zara Cave Hotel! Das Personal organisierte alles, von unserem Hotel-Stadt bis zu Tourenarrangements. Sie waren freundlich und nett, so dass wir uns zu Hause fühlen. Das Frühstück war lecker mit einem großen Blick vom Restaurant. Das Kellerzimmer war sauber, komfortabel und fügte einen besonderen Kontakt zu unserem Erlebnis hinzu. Es ist ein Ort, wo wir die besten Erinnerungen erschaffen und echte Gastfreundschaft erlebt haben. Sehr empfohlen!"

"Die Heizung und das Höhlendesign sind großartig, obwohl das Badezimmer etwas klein war und es keine Stühle im Zimmer gab. Als wir ankamen, riefen wir eine Nummer an, um zu fragen, wo die Rezeptionistin sei, und mussten über 30 Minuten warten, bis jemand kam. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich, das Frühstück ist hausgemacht."
