This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel because the location is great and the rooms are good, but the best thing is the breakfast! Food quality is high! The friendly hospitality and smiles of the service staff are really the best combination!

good location. not so far away from the railway Station and bus Station

The location of the Hotel is only less than 5 min walk to the Buchanan Bus Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast although repeated everyday (we stayed for 6 days). If I have to suggest, perhaps can change the food varieties everyday.

The staff were so kind and hospitable. When I was feeling unwell they helped make sure I had some lemon water and got out of the restaurant quickly so I can rest. The location is right next to Buchanan Bus stop - so perfect for travelers needing to get to the airport or catch the bus to another city.

Everything is good but there is small issues: - Reception does not accept CASH - The old style swipe credit card dies not work So please be prepared

💩 overpriced shocking 😳

Me and my husband stayed here for my 30th birthday we had a lovely room very modern and clean, it had everything we needed including an iron, hairdryer tea and coffee! The views weren’t fantastic but you are in the city centre so it was fine, the reception staff were fantastic, they gave us some great recommendations and advised us with the car park which is directly opposite the hotel and once validated is charged at £8 for 24 hours, we stayed for 3 nights over the Easter bank holiday, the breakfast was plentiful and there was a good variety again the staff were very helpful and cheerful, I would definitely stay here again, also it’s a great location right by Buchanan street and all the bars shops and restaurants.

Easy to find. Location is convenient. Very near the bus station.

Very good location, next to coach station. Car park facility available opposite the hotel, £4-£8 per day. Older buidling (as usual in Scotland), my room have smell of smoke which I informed after moving in. No big deal and we have wonderful trip in Scotland.

Situate at the city centre and close to a number of main attractions which are within 5 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room size is reasonable and clean. There is a large multi-storey carpark opposite the hotel and the hotel offers a very reasonable rate for overnight parking.
