As a foreigner it's hard to find places in China that would accommodate me. This hotel had anything a foreigner needs and the service was amazing even when they couldn't speak English they tried or found someone to help. Also the online chat function with the hotel works amazingly. Would recommend it for anyone just wanting to go and relax.

**Fantastic Stay at Fuzhou Narada Hotel** A wonderful experience! The staff, especially the front desk team, were exceptionally friendly and efficient—every request was resolved perfectly. Rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring facilities are rejuvenating, and the entire hotel radiates tranquility. Highly recommended for a seamless, relaxing stay in Fuzhou!

The hotel service was excellent, their english was good so no need for a translation app. Staff was very friendly, Zoe even helped me out with getting around town very kind! The room was very clean and relaxing, the private hotspring was a must :). A no brainer for sure when im back! Remy

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

設施：私湯隱蔽性不錯，房間設施也很齊全。室內和湯池都有獨立放水的開關，不用來回跑，很方便。早餐也還不錯 衞生：挺乾淨的，一直擔心庭院湯池有小蟲子，泡了一晚上沒發現 環境：很喜歡，等天氣涼了還來 服務：前台小彭的服務態度很好，接駁車接送的速度也很快

酒店位置距離地鐵站100米，步行1分鐘就到，去景區和商圈都超方便。酒店周邊環境超級好。酒店裡設施很新，花灑用着很舒服。房間的採光充足，衞生乾淨。李大使微笑甜美服務細緻入微，能感受得到很用心。總體來説這家酒店很新 很有度假氛圍，下次還會來！

這次入住福州首開君瀾温泉酒店的體驗超棒！酒店環境讓人眼前一亮，公共區域整潔雅緻，温泉區域氛圍更是舒適放鬆，處處透着用心，讓人瞬間卸下疲憊。服務方面也很不錯，全程都感受到工作人員的熱情周到，特別是前台小謝，辦理入住時耐心解答了我關於温泉開放時間、周邊交通的各種問題，態度親切又專業，讓我第一時間就有了很好的入住體驗。

入住這家酒店體驗超棒！前台小章熱情高效，入住全程輕鬆愉快。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適。窗外綠意盎然，大堂設計雅緻，氛圍靜謐放鬆。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮味道好。最驚喜的是温泉，水温適宜，泡池乾淨，泡完美美睡一覺，解乏又舒心。性價比超高，下次一定再來！

房間整體比較乾淨，除了浴室石凳上全是水漬以及桌子上的宣傳冊很臟，剩下都還行。 服務很不到位，整體感覺很摳，原本有個升級房型權益，被酒店簡化成換到高樓層。有不少空房間卻説房間緊張不給延遲退房到兩點。這個點我不是生氣在不給延遲而是生氣在撒謊，明明可以直接説理由但是卻偏偏撒謊。 酒店泳池底有碎渣子，並且燈光昏暗。反映過後前台有處理，這個還不錯。

酒店環境很好入住體驗感不錯。前台辦理入住速度很快，琳達姑娘服務專業 細緻入微貼心地介紹了周邊的出行攻略。房間設備齊全衞生乾淨整潔，床品特別舒服，早餐種類很豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很贊。下次來這邊一定還選這家，強烈推薦給大家！
