As a foreigner it's hard to find places in China that would accommodate me. This hotel had anything a foreigner needs and the service was amazing even when they couldn't speak English they tried or found someone to help. Also the online chat function with the hotel works amazingly. Would recommend it for anyone just wanting to go and relax.

**Fantastic Stay at Fuzhou Narada Hotel** A wonderful experience! The staff, especially the front desk team, were exceptionally friendly and efficient—every request was resolved perfectly. Rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring facilities are rejuvenating, and the entire hotel radiates tranquility. Highly recommended for a seamless, relaxing stay in Fuzhou!

The hotel service was excellent, their english was good so no need for a translation app. Staff was very friendly, Zoe even helped me out with getting around town very kind! The room was very clean and relaxing, the private hotspring was a must :). A no brainer for sure when im back! Remy

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

這次入住體驗超棒！前台小陳服務熱情又專業，辦理入住高效利落，還耐心解答了我的出行諮詢，細節處盡顯貼心。酒店環境清幽雅緻，公共區域和房間都一塵不染，衞生清潔做得十分到位；房間內的設施設備齊全且狀態良好，床品柔軟舒適、衞浴出水順暢、家電運行正常，使用感極佳。整體性價比很高，下次來還選這裏～

酒店周邊環境優美，門口就有地鐵站出行便捷。酒店距福州南站僅10分鐘車程，房間35㎡面積不大布局合理，房間衞生乾淨床品柔軟，衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全，住着很舒心。院子裏沐浴温泉♨️瞬間緩解出差疲勞，前台琳達耐心細緻，有任何需求都能快速響應。

福州首開君瀾給了我們超多驚喜！訂的私湯庭院，獨立小院私密性極佳，氛圍感直接拉滿。房間設備齊全衞生乾淨整潔！温泉水是原脈温泉，富含微量元素，泡完身心愉悦。酒店環境很好依山傍水，空氣特別好。工作人員琳達服務熱情周到，服務周到又不打擾。下次還會來的寶藏酒店！

福州度假選首開君瀾選對了！酒店周邊環境很好，酒店大門口出門就是地鐵口，步行1分鐘直達，去景區超方便。訂的是盛禮居房型，房間面積不大但設備齊全，衞生乾淨，採光特別好。酒店1樓自助早餐豐富多樣口味很棒。前台琳達服務特別貼心，接駁車隨叫隨到，全程有問必答。下次度假還來這！

入住很滿意周邊環境很好。琳達姑娘全程服務温柔又周到。房間衞生乾淨整潔設備齊全，自助早餐品類豐富，有熱騰騰的本地特色小吃早餐豐富多樣，當地小吃鍋邊糊，麪線糊，花生湯，魚丸，肉燕，芋泥等…這份美食讓整個旅程更添温度。家庭出遊還是朋友小聚，這家温泉酒店是個不錯的選擇！

這次旅途入住體驗感還不錯，露天庭院泡私湯很愜意。周邊環境很天然，房間裏設備齊全 衞生乾淨整潔。前台工作人員服務態度很有耐心，特別是李小姐和她的工作夥伴温柔有禮貌。12點退完房行李可以寄存在前台，接着去周邊遊玩解放雙手，下次有機會還會來。福州是個好地方，還會選擇這家酒店！
