Good hotel, very spacious and well located. Breakfast plentiful, swimming pool for post ski day cooldown or recovery. Night skiing available on peak season. Photo of pool and room with view at night.

The room r clean as what we pay for. The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

Weekend trip. Great location at the foot of all lifts to the mountain. Had a few good runs. Really well maintained and staffed ski resort. Very efficient lifts, lots of well trained staff to ensure that skiers of all levels are looked after. Hotel was clean and well equipped. Good staff. We will be back

The hotel is great staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is right in front of the skiing and snowboarding slopes couldn’t ask for a better location would highly recommend the hotel.

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

設施：酒店設施非常齊全，可以享受到度假村內的各項配套，泳池是同級別酒店中首屈一指的存在，KTV、纜車、遊船、滑道、温泉♨️非常享受、管理成熟。 衞生：衞生特別好，雖然開業十餘年，但維護管理特別好，很乾凈，幾乎沒有死角。 環境：位於長白山萬達度假區內，空氣清新，酒店公共區域和房間舒適整潔。 服務：服務特別好，在此表揚前台Kristen等前廳和禮賓部服務人員，康體中心、餐廳、客房及度假區內各位工作人員，他們的服務專業、禮貌、有分寸，他們訓練有素、培訓得體，在同級別酒店中完全處於領先水平！

三家好朋友一起來這玩，玩得太開心了，酒店服務也非常棒，預訂完前台柳佳音就與我聯繫，告訴了很多注意事項，服務特別到位，酒店整體環境也非常不錯，贈送的各種權益也是十分超值的，以後有機會還要來，山頂的風景非常美。

房間還不錯，乾淨，雖然年頭有點多了，但是衞生服務都很好，農夫山泉礦泉水電梯口就放着隨便喝，關鍵也很熱情，各種需求隨時回覆，還有孩子可以託管5個小時不過自費的哈！大人去長白山天池時間絕對夠。游泳温泉水上樂園都有，適合帶娃小住，不累，長白山的空氣確實好。我還參加了騎行

這個酒店的位置在小鎮C位，景色非常漂亮，早餐也很好。前台劉雪薇服務熱情，主動加微信，體驗到了貼心的管家式服務。我的詢問回覆及時，體驗感很好 ，下次再來長白山，這個酒店會是首選，推薦大家來玩 。 感謝前台的熱情周到服務，也感謝前台隋經理，小吳的熱心，幫我及時解決了出行中遇到的小意外。 這次入住的體驗非常好。
