Great location, with free onsen included. The premium twin bed room size is spacious enough for two, but the toilet is a bit small.

The hotel is located in a good location. It has a nice lobby. But the room is comparative small, the amenities is not comparable to the hotel service provided. Osen is good.

3 minutes walk to hataka station. There’s onsen facility on ground floor. Good size rooms for 2 ladies. Staff helped us make reservations at one of the top restaurant. Highly recommend it

When I checked the reviews, I saw that if you want to go out late at night, you have to go through a convenience store.
There are two entrances. A) You can go out through the lobby located on the 2nd floor, and get off on the 1st floor B) You can go through the convenience store.
It's nice that the convenience store is located in the building, but it runs out quickly. If you want to enjoy a late-night snack, please go and get items earlier.
I booked the hotel because of the hot springs. I was able to enjoy the hot springs at night and in the morning.
I plan to visit again for a hot spring trip !!
There are no good places to go nearby. All stores are closed early in the morning and at night.

Excellent location, just few mins walk to Hakata Station. Hotel include onsen. Feel relax after a hot bath and good sleep.

Hotel location is very good. Room is small but enough. Best thing is the Onsen and Sauna for free. Separated for females.

It was a nice hotel, very closed to JR and subway. There are lots of restaurants, malls and a bus terminal nearby. Very convenient!

Less than 5 min walk from bus interchange which connects me to airport. Enjoyed the onsen there too.

Not far from hakata station.
On the 1st floor of the hotel there is a Lawson .Lobby on the 2nd floor. There is an onsen room, good size, clean, comfortable, Lobby decorated with halloween theme. Recommended to stay again. Polite service.
