Während unseres Aufenthalts im Leone Blu Hotel wurden wir zu einer faszinierenden Renaissance-Erlebnis transportiert. Das Hotel ist in einem wirklichen Schloss der 1400er Jahre gebündelt und bietet eine einzigartige und authentische toskanische Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer mit mehreren Ebenen verfügt über echte alte Kunst und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und mehrere Brücken. Die beste Lage ermöglichte uns, die näheren Attraktionen leicht zu erkunden, und das Frühstück verbreitete sich zusammen mit den gemachten zu bestellen Cappuccinos, war stellvertretend. Die Unterstützung des Teammitglieds bei der Erstellung lokaler Restaurantreservierungen war dank ihrer italienischen Flut unwertvoll. Leone Blu Hotel ist eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wahl für einen authentischen toskanischen Aufenthalt. Kann nicht warten, um zurückzukehren!!

Der Grund, warum ich 3 Sterne stimme, ist, weil ich nicht in der Lage war, eine anständige Dusche zu nehmen, weil das Wasser blockiert wurde und es nach 5/6 Minuten zu überflüssig an den Boden. Sie müssen einen Piloten anrufen, da alles im Toilette blockiert ist. Ich ging zum Spa, auf den ich wirklich wartete, und ging dann in ein ”Hot Tub”, das kalt frischen! Das Salzzimmer war kalt in sich und das Dampfzimmer war nicht einmal dampfend. Das war enttäuschend. Ich habe dem Empfangsmann darüber gesprochen und er sagte, er würde jemanden anrufen, morgen früh zu kommen, um es zu reparieren. Angesichts meiner Erfahrung im Spa war es schrecklich, dass die anständige Sache, die das Personal mir hätte geben können, als Dank ist eine kostenlose Sitzung. Aber ich habe nichts davon. Insgesamt gut ist keine schlechte Lage, da es Busse in der Nähe von dem führt Sie direkt zum Stadtzentrum, aber Bitte kann der Manager einen Piloten rufen und reparieren diese blockierten Duschen.

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

Das erste Zimmer im Hotel (Zimmer 105), das wir abends erhielten war eine herbe Enttäuschung. Es war mehr ein Loch als ein Zimmer (più un buco che una camera), schmutzig, die Wände fleckig und verwohnt, das Bad vergammelt, die Duschtür schloss nicht und man setzte das Bad beim duschen unter Wasser. So sollte man ein Hotel neuen Gästen nicht vorstellen (müssen?). Am zweiten Tag erhielten wir - allerdings erst nach unserem Protest - ein anderes Zimmer im 5. Stock des Hotels, Zimmer 516. Dieses Zimmer war in Ordnung, sauber, und auch sonst fast wie man es erwarten darf. Aber auch in diesem Zimmer läuft das Wasser beim duschen teilweise ins Bad, weil die geschlossenen gläsernen Duschwände einander nicht genug überlappen. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig, sowohl was die Entfernung zum Flughafen, als auch die nahegelegene Strassenbahn (Linie T2) zum Stadtzentrum angeht. Die Übernachtungskosten sind für ein drei Sterne Hotel viel zu hoch; wegen eines ausgefallenen Fluges mussten wir für eine (1) Verlängerungsnacht sage und schreibe 160 € (!) auf den Tisch legen (ohne Frühstück). Vergleichbare B&B Hotels, auch 3 Sterne, in Düsseldorf (einer bekanntermaßen teuren Stadt in Deutschland) kosten um die 70 € pro Nacht, und zwar inklusive Steuern. Zusammenfassung: Das Hotel ist gerade noch o.k., aber vermeiden Sie das o.e. Zimmer 105.

We were staying in Florence and decided the morning of to go to Villa La Massa for the night. We wanted more peace and quiet after being in Rome and Florence, and we are so glad that we did. We were debating between the Belmond property and Villa La Massa, and chose Villa La Massa because it was half the price and provided bikes (we really wanted to bike along the river). We are so glad that we chose Villa La Massa because the experience was 10/10. We were a little hesitant at first because some of the photos on Trip Advisor look different than the website but please note that the trip advisor photos are OLD before renovations!!! The hotel and pool are both completely renovated and GORGEOUS, the photos on their website are real and accurate. I am very particular on hotels and this hotel is 10/10 -- we booked through amex centurion fine hotels and resorts and it lived up to the rating! Our room was stunning, overlooking the river and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. We used the hotel bikes to ride to Florence along the river -- it was about a 25 minute bike ride and we locked the bikes right near a bridge in Florence and enjoyed lunch / walking around. The front desk is extremely helpful and it is just a gorgeous property. The food is great, the views are great, and I def recommend!! If you're considering staying here for a night our two to enjoy the countryside, book it, you won't regret.

Sehr geräumig , hervorragende Empfang und sofort verfügbar. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ausgezeichnete Lage, buchstäblich nahe der Autobahn, bequeme Straße!! . Ein ziemlich geräumiges Zimmer. Das komplette Bad mit Komfort. Letzte Sünde das Dusche Wasser war nicht sehr stabil, ständig wechselte die Temperatur von warm zu kalt und kalt zu heiß, Sie waren mehr mit Wasser streiten als duschen.

I'm sorry for what I'm going to write but I'm more sorry for people spending money thinking to go for a 4 stars hotel while I'd objectively would rate it 1 star. Rooms are small, forniture way outdated with totally poor taste, broken even, they never got replaced since I guess hotel been there. Breakfast, also terribile, that was my first time in life to refuse coffee, machine should be shot down instantly, it tasted old and I'm quite sure it didn't get any cleaning job in the last years. All of this, wasn't even cheap, it's pure scam that should come to an end, starting in taking away Stars from this hotel. And yea, I don't care it got a pool on the side, I need to sleep in a functioning room and not die from old food, thanks

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

We recently stayed here for 4 days with our two kids and loved every bit of it. The rooms were spacious and super comfy, especially the beds – we all slept like logs! The breakfast was a hit with lots of choices for everyone, even our picky eaters. What really made our stay special was how friendly the staff was. They were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Manager Alessandro was always keen to check on our well being and comfort. In short, this place is awesome for families. Great rooms, yummy breakfast, and super nice people. We’re definitely coming back!
