Kein so schlechtes Hotel! Kostenloses Parken! Etwa 5 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Carrefour-Supermarkt ist jedoch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist im Vergleich zu anderen ähnlichen Hotels nicht so schlecht. Insgesamt ist es gut für eine Geschäftsreise.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, das Badezimmer ist fast nicht zugänglich

Der Service war gut und das Personal freundlich, obwohl ich den Namen der Dame vergessen habe, die uns beim Einchecken geholfen hat. Wir fuhren mit der Straßenbahn T2 vom Bahnhof zur Haltestelle Guidoni und brauchten zu Fuß etwa sechs bis sieben Minuten, um das Hotel zu erreichen. Beim Einchecken bekamen wir einen Gutschein für zwei Begrüßungsgetränke, der sowohl von mir als auch von meiner Frau gut angenommen wurde. Insgesamt werden wir dieses Hotel unseren Freunden auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Es ist ein sehr neues Hotel, wie Home Inns in China. Im Vergleich zu dieser Stadt ist es ein relativ neuer Standort. Es liegt direkt neben dem Flughafen und es gibt eine gewisse Entfernung zur Stadt. Es ist sehr praktisch, wenn man ein Auto hat.

Die Lage ist perfekt vor dem Flughafen (in Korea ist es ein Hotel vor dem Flughafen Incheon), wenn Sie also länger in Florenz bleiben müssen, empfehle ich es nicht.

Das ist okay, das Zimmer ist sauber, relativ neu, aber es gibt keinen Parkplatz

This hotel is very clean and new. Staffs was so kind and helpful too. On the second day of our stay, we had a problem with the hot shower in both of our rooms and only managed to get the problem fixed at night. Due to that, they compensated us free breakfast as a service recovery for my family the next day. We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. However the parking in this hotel is so limited that we almost didn’t get parked our car in the hotel. We weee told that if no parking spaces available, we had to find a blue lot to park outside the hotel area. So far we were lucky enough to get the parking lot inside the hotel.

Really good hotel and service very close to tram and bus services. Takes 15 mins to reach the centre and main attractions. Outstanding service and ammenities along with free welcome drinks at the bar.

I was ripped off by the management of this hotel. After a flight delay and lost luggage my wife and I were on the street in Florence work no plans to stay. The calendar interface was a bit confusing and I found on the confirmation that I had booked for September instead of August. I contacted the booking agent, who agreed to contact the hotel to request cancellation. Shortly they replied to me that the hotel refused to allow cancellation of my 1 night, $198 room. I contacted the hotel and they told me their contact with the booking agency prevented then from allowing the cancellation. Later communication with both Trip.com and Wyndham confirmed that this decision was totally at the discretion of the hotel. Not only did they retain my payment for a hotel room they could have easily re-booked, they lied about it. This hotel has really heartless, uncaring management.I f you have any problem with this hotel, plan on getting screwed.

The location is very inconvenient

The hotel is clean and not far away from the bus stop. And you can get a welcome drink when you check in.

Staffs are all very helpful, friendly, good English. Breakfast choices are enough.

Not pleasant experience. We just arrived in our room I was planing to relax when I get phone call from reception that I have to come down that my card payment is not gone true. I was paying for hotel in advance so that meant I don’t have to pay . When I took my clothes on pans went down that said all is fine. After we went out when we came back the keys to room wasn’t working, we went again down🫣 we stay there for 3 day and during this period is happened twice. In the room there was sink which wasn’t in bathroom, there was no place in shower where to put my shampoo and shower gel so only possible place on floor The staff try to be friendly however
