Soggiorno Arcobaleno

A bit hard to figure out the check in when you don't have data, but once we got in it was great. Lots of nice extras like a welcome chocolate and free expresso and biscuits. Great location.

We booked our trip to Italy last minute and decided to stay at the Soggiorno Arcobaleno in Florence. The guesthouse is walking distance from the train station and close to the centre of town. Upon arrival the gentleman who greeted us at reception was incredibly helpful, he handed us a map and explained all of the information that we might need to know, being our first time in Florence. As we arrived before check in time we expected our room not to be ready for us, surprisingly it was and we had a choice of rooms… every room looked very comfortable and clean. The room we had was spotless and comfortable. We needed a comfortable bed after all of our travelling and I can say the bed did not disappoint! Toothbrushes, soaps and shampoo/ conditioner were also provided which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily and we had access to a fridge and a balcony. There was a common coffee/ tea making area at the reception which was also a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and we shall be returning in future. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Very good value for the money. All that was missing was a small breakfast buffet. Coffee and tea were offered but buy your own milk if you don't want black coffee .

It was very simple yet nice, was perfect for a quick trip. The room was clean and well kept.

The location was perfect. It's a walking distance from all the main attractions which was super helpful. Lorenzo and Dani were so responsive, communication was excellent! The room was spacious and clean.

This place is really hard to review! The front desk people deserved a star. However, the stairs, hallways, rooms need major renovation. It looks sketchy😂 We were given the wrong key to enter the front door. Luckily, there’s always some guest who let us in. This is a great location. We only stayed for 2 nights do it wasn’t that bad. The price is considerably reasonable especially it’s a central location. The number they have outside definitely needs to be updated. This is not really a hotel so make sure you plan your arrival time with them since there’s no front desk 24 hours. Overall, the front desk people deserves a raise for being so accommodating. Place needs improvement.

The guesthouse was very convenient to the train station and all the attractions in the city. It was a little difficult to find - there are two houses with the same number 43 - but google maps took us to the correct one and there was a plaque with "Soggiorno Arcobaleno" by the doorbell. There are several rooms on the 2nd floor of the house - and they seemed to be well furnished, spacious and modern looking. The owners were very friendly and helpful - especially during ever changing Covid rules. Breakfast was served at the nearby cafe - croissant, sandwich, hot drink and freshly squeezed orange juice - all delicious. We took it to go and ate at the park or back in the apar**ent. There was a nice coffee machine in the lobby and refrigerator/microwave, tea pot in the room. I would stay again.

El alojamiento está a 10-15 minutos de la catedral. La cama es cómoda, el check in se hace sin contacto y nos guardaron las maletas hasta por la tarde. El personal fue amable y simpático. Por poner un pero, el aire caliente no calentaba demasiado

Sono stata in questo soggiorno 2 notti e 3 giorni, abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere Pietro, che ci ha accolte consigliandoci cosa da vedere posti in cui andare a mangiare o a bere qualcosa. Abbiamo conosciuto anche Daniele e Lorenzo, che sono stati molto disponibili e simpatici. La camera era accogliente, ordinata e semplice. Eravamo a 10 minuti dalla stazione e 15 da Santa Maria del Fiore, a piedi. Lo consiglio soprattutto a persone giovani.
