Couple problems with the room: sink wouldn’t drain properly and sewer stink comes up from the pipes. Also upstairs tenant walks around with high heels for hours at all hours of the day and night and it echos through the room since it’s hardwood floors up there too. I would say room is not very sound proof so I had to wear earplugs. Area is great and the staff was great as well. Very helpful.

The service is amazing they are very attentive and kind...I would say there are 2 negative things to say about this boutique hotel. 1 which is not their fault, the entire building smells like moisture has settled in. 2 I do think a good paint job or touch up paint would help make the hotel look better.

The hotel area is great , location is awesome. The service is good . Now this is my opinion for start city tax have to paid in cash, ( I wish they let me know in the website) . Second I visited the city in November , the heater is not by controlled by the room meaning the room got really hot and you don’t have A/C , they told us open the window , but when you opened the window mosquito and bugs get in. It’s was a nightmare. I expressed my situation and i only got I’m sorry. It’s was hard to get some sleep. I wish I got another hotel, even this one is was beautiful one .

Property is beautiful and in an amazing location. The only downside is if you are driving it is hard to get to and GPS was not helpful. You need to pay for parking offsite.
Staff was wonderful and place is very clean and comfortable.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and went out of the way to not only offer ma a taxi but them took care of everything I just went downstairs and it was there absolutely wonderful service
