C'était super, facilement accessible en voiture, on peut se garer juste devant le logement. Il y a une terrasse privée avec le logement ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel est accueillant et patient ^^

Bel villaggio organizzato e ben tenuto,piscine grandi e molto belle , pulizia buona anche se si potrebbe migliorare ulteriormente ,unico piccolo neo sono i prezzi del bar e ristorante un po' al di sopra della media.
Comunque super consigliato.

Wir haben über Roan auf dem hu i pini village Areal in einem Mobilhome. Das es im August in der Nähe Roms sehr heiß sein kann, war uns bewusst und so freuten wir uns über die Poolanlage, v. a.der etwas tiefere Pool. Bereits beim ersten Baden viel uns auf, dass das Wasser des Pools sehr trüb war, man konnte unter Wasser mit Taucherbrille nichts sehen, Chlorgeruch war auch keiner vorhanden und die Wassertemperatur war sehr warm. Die nächsten Tage verbrachten wir mit sightseeing in Rom. Vor unserer Weiterreise wollten wir den Kindern, bei sehr heißen Temperaturen, noch etwas Badevergnügen gönnen und planten noch 2 Badetage ein. Das Wasser war leider unverändert, aber eine Abkühlung tat gut. Bereits am Abend des 2. Badetages klagten die Kinder über Übelkeit und Bauchschmerzen. Dies festigte sich über Nacht in eine massive Magen -Darminfektion. Als zur Abreise die Roanmitarbeiterin unsere Kinder sah, meinte sie, dass es vermehrt Fälle mit Mageninfektionen und Ohrentzündungen gibt und sie vermutet, dass die Pumpe des pools nicht richtig funktioniert- Na toll! Kinder konnten zu dieser Zeit kaum die Toilette verlassen, oder gar Flüssigkeit bei sich behalten. Wie unsere Weiterreise von Rom zum Gardasee mit 2 synchron- erbrechenden Kindern mit Kreislaufschwäche aussah, kann man sich sicher vorstellen. Die Kinder lagen weitere 4 Tage komplett flach, mit starker Symptomatik und erholen sich nur langsam. Zudem entwickelte mein Mann, der bei uns für Poolaktion verantwortlich ist, mit einem Tag Verzögerung die gleiche Symptomatik, plus Mittelohrentzündung. Die zweite Urlaubswoche war für uns einfach gebraucht. Wir informierten Roan immer über unsrer Beschwerden und baten die Gäste doch bitte mit Anreise über die Gefahren zu informieren. Dem kam Roan nach geraumer Zeit nach. Alle weiteren Zusammenhänge zwischen den Krankheitssymtomen und den Aufenthalt in der Poolanlage lehnen Roan und der Platzbetreiber ab, was wir sehr bedauern. Zu mal uns die Roanmitarbeiterin vor Ort daraufhingewiesen hat und ich, die nicht im Pool war, von jeglicher Infektion, trotz gleicher Nahrung wie meine Familie und der Versorgung der Kinder, verschont geblieben bin. Sehr fragwürdig und schade. Die ewige Stadt ist wunderbar und es war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch in Rom, aber sicher nicht mehr auf dem Hu I pini village und nicht mehr über Roan.

Lovely family resort.Compact and in a restful forest setting.All facilities are easily within reach.Mobile home accommodation is spotless and comfortable.The staff are lovely and the animation team in particular are excellent both with the children and in the provision of general camp entertainment.The onsite restaurant is great and is very good value.We have been coming here for many years and hope to return next year also! We always feel so welcome and atmosphere is so friendly and relaxed.

The staff are friendly, the house is clean and comfortable, my kids enjiy the swimming pool and we make bbq and play ballyball in the night…good view and air also the camping is nice the last minute they enjoy so much

Th village is nice and very family friendly. The entertainers are the best we've ever met. The bungalow wasn't very clean when we arrived due to an inconvenience, but the staff immediately solved the problem. The lodging was very comfortable and spacious. Everything in the village was very close and we felt kids were really safe to move around the village. The location near Rome is ideal to allow visits to the city leaving time for the kids to have fun in the swimming pools. Whole in whole it's been the perfect place for our vacation. The pool party at night has been great for the kids!

We were on touring pitch with a motorhome , pitch large and shade if you want it. Reception staff first class polite and professional . Big thanks to Ricardo who I think is the manager he provided transport to local town and picked us up at a time of our choice. His commitment to providing a first class experience of our stay was overwhelming evident. We can't thank him enough as without his kindness we would not have been able to leave the site. A big thanks also to the gent who runs the pool bar again a totally committed member of staff. One down issue is the Resteraunt which is a Franchise establishment our experience of staff and food we well below expectations. All other areas under the site control ie pools toilets and communal ares top class along with an excellent animation team.

We were very apprehensive before going to I Pini this year after reading some of the reviews, but thankfully that was all unnecessary worry and it soon disippated. We stayed for 11 nights and would have happily stayed for 11 more. The pools are still great, the kids loved the deeper pool for playing water polo etc, and we loved the lagoon pool for cooling down in (lying at the edge). The staff and animation team were lovely, the only dropped star is because it wasn't maybe to the standard of previous years (e.g. no fire show etc), but the animators themselves were lovely so good with the kids. The other small drawback was that the Human mobiles no longer have a bbq outside, but instead there is a communal bbq area near reception, not a major issue, but just a little inconvenient. Our children made lots of friends of all nationalities, and I feel that's the great thing with the campsite. Due to it's small size it's easy to make friends and get to know others around you. All in all another brilliant holiday and we hope to return again next year!

Absolutely no issue with Bungalow provided- it was very modern and clean. Very disappointed with animation and restaurant have been to campsite numerous times and this year it has really deteriorated, the restaurant is under new management and whilst some of the staff are really decent people- it has to be possibly the most disorganised restaurant i have ever been to. It was so bad it was nearly comical, meals arriving at different times, maybe 2 people finished a meal and others waiting for anything up to an hour for their meal, the prices very expensive as well. Would avoid and just go to the village. The pool was good but it seems to open to the public during the weekend and to me this is a problem as gets very busy and is unfair to those who have paid to stay. The shop opened eventually and is OK, you pay for convenience certainly not value. I was fortunate enough to have a barbecue at my bungalow but would have been unhappy if i had to trek to the area now assigned for most bungalows in the campsite. The guys doing the animation again lovely people but it was so poor this year also it was so focused towards Italian children and whilst i appreciate that i was in Italy every other year it has been really multi-cultural which is required in a campsite that caters for so many nationalities. The only reason i am giving the campsite 3/5 is that the accommodation i stayed in was excellent. I will not be back i will use human again and will book in one of the other Italian resorts but not I Pini Village unfortunately.
