Fermo is a gem of an historic walled city, perched on peak of a high, steep hill. The modern hotel is perched on edge of the cliff. Views from the rooms over the valley & of the surrounding hilltop towns are spectacular. Restaurant is cantilevered out beyond the main building structure & shares these views. Similar incredible view from roof garden above. Parking is in street in front & also below hotel. A public elevator links hotel to streets below. Hotel is just outside the archway into the old city. Numerous interesting places to visit in old city. Also a good centre from which to explore Abruzzo. We were given a very large suit of rooms, all very generously proportioned. Bathroom included a huge, sculptured walk-in shower. Our rooms were very quiet. Air Con. was very good, as was room lighting. Our breakfasts & dinners in the hotel were all excellent. Staff all very friendly and efficient. This was the best hotel we stayed in, over 2 month’s touring Italy

Hotel with stunning views which we were unable to enjoy due to the poor conditions of the room. We stayed at this hotel having paid for a balcony which we could not use because the shutters were broken. This, of course, happens. What shouldn't happen is being verbally attacked, insulted and shouted at by the hotel owner claiming that the customer is wrong, simply because we explained that we had chosen their hotel for specific reasons, as if it were normal that we pay for a service that we cannot use. We did not even ask for a discount - we simply informed them of the reason why we had chosen the hotel, a claim which was met by unnecessary unprofessional insults, which as respectful and respectable clients we should not hear. In short, we paid for a service that we could not use and the reaction on behalf of the management was appalling, and practically unseen in the hundreds of hotels we'd stayed at in over 70 countries. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Italians or foreigners simply due to very poor customer service so expect any issues related to your stay to go unsolved.

Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di più di 100 persone all’interno della struttura per 4 giorni, usufruendo di tutti i servizi: reception, bar, sale meeting, ristorante e camere. Siamo davvero molto soddisfatti dell’esperienza e la consigliamo a chiunque voglia o riservare una stanza con vista (bellissima) per un weekend romantico o per gruppi ed eventi! L’Hotel e il personale sono davvero accoglienti, sorridenti e disponibili. Speriamo di poter tornare in futuro nella vostra bellissima struttura ed ammirare nuovamente il fantastico panorama. Atmosfera dalle mille ed una notte. In un affaccio mozzafiato, cenare in coppia e vivere il momento..... . Quello che fanno pochi. Ho cenato qui, mangiando un filetto cotto alla perfezione, e' dir poco. L'atmosfera, il personale gentile e professionale han fatto il resto. Godetevi la vita. Venire a cenare qui....e' indimenticabile. Qui gli amori nascono, e se amate la vita, guardando tutti ciò che ci circonda, ci viene da chiedere....di essere immortali per continuare a vedere posti come questo. Complimenti a voi, continuate così. Serata indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore . Sono un architetto ed uno scrittore...qui...il tempo .....

Albergo a pochi passi dal centro di Fermo; comodo da raggiungere; pulito e con molta attenzione al cliente. L’esperienza vissuta in questo albergo è stata molto positiva perchè è estremamente silenzioso, ha la possibilità di poter dormire con le tapparelle abbassate garantendo il buio notturno che, per me, è una condizione ottimale per poter dormire bene. Vista panoramica incredibile sia dalla camera che dalla sala pranzo/colazione; personale molto attento e cortese. Volendo trovare il pelo sull’uovo…mi ha deluso un po’ l’assortimento della colazione che era un po’ scarso…è vero che poco prima di me erano scesi in sala un’orda di “avvoltoi” che si sono avventati copiosamente su quanto di commestibile era disponibile…ma quelli che sono arrivati dopo…per un bel po’…hanno trovato solo briciole.

Le camere sono ampie, pulite e molto silenziose, con grande bagno; unica pecca per la nostra la mancanza di appendiabiti e mensole. È vero, nei corridoi aleggia sovente una buon profumo di cucina genuina, che per qualche ospite potrebbe essere fastidioso. Quindi meglio sarebbe perfezionare il sistema di areazione delle cucine. Sala da pranzo con vista fantastica, tavoli distanziati, cucina curata e personale molto cortese e professionale. Colazione ricca e curata, per la categoria dell’hotel naturalmente. Posizione centralissima. Lo consiglierei vivamente

Non ho avuto il piacere di soggiornarvi, ma ho partecipato ad un evento. Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo e ottimi i vini serviti, non è facile soddisfare senza intoppi 150 persone....bravi ....molto bravi.

La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata il profumo proveniente dalle lenzuola, sapevano di fresco, di pulito e di buono. Si tratta di un hotel che vale molto più delle tre stelle che ha. Inoltre, come tutti i viaggiatori, soffro di solitudine, invece qui mi sono sentito accolto e a casa. Il costo è modico rispetto alla qualità offerta. Ci tornerò appena possibile oppure appena il lavoro me lo consentirà.
