Dieses Hotel muss in neue Matratzen für seine Betten investieren. Unsere Sagen im Mittelpunkt und war super unbehaglich für uns beide zu schlafen. Daher haben wir nicht viel Schlaf. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, so müssen Sie einige Schritte mit Ihren Taschen verhandeln. Es gibt eine reichliche Parkplätze. Ich muss der Frau, die die Rezeption arbeitet, hohe Marken geben. Sie war auch unsere Kellnerin im Restaurant zum Abendessen, und sie arbeitete sehr hart, um uns zu begeistern! Wir blieben hier nur eine Nacht und mussten früh am nächsten Morgen zum Flughafen (das war eine kurze Fahrt vom Hotel), so dass wir nicht zum Frühstück erleben konnten. Insgesamt müssen die Zimmer renoviert werden, aber der Service ist gut. Ich empfehle das Restaurant über alle anderen in der Gegend.

The hotel is located approximately a 30 minute unattractive walk from Annemass train station. From the outside the architectural style is dated but benefits from a picturesque setting beside the river. I did not feel this was 4 star luxury, instead it feels like they have gone for a modern, eclectic design. For my personal tastes this gave off more an upscale hostel vibe appealing to a more youthful clientele. There is no reception counter, instead a floating desk which is only attended when there is a customer. The security guard resting his eyes on the seating area behind was a worry on two fronts- why and why. The staff were pleasant and efficient ensuring to tell me they no longer offered bottled water in rooms but that fountain water was available in reception. A good environmental approach apart from the 1 use cups provided. The room was well appointed and of good standard. It was large with plenty of walking space. There was good cupboard space and came with the usual amenities you would expect such as tea/coffee, fridge, large screen TV etc. The bed was very large and comfy and there was a small seating area with table to work on. The bathroom was beautiful with large walk in shower. There was ample lighting in the room which was easily accessible, and usb charging ports by the bed. The open WiFi was great. The TV could have benefited from more English channels. The room is a 5/5. I didn't enjoy being on the ground floor as I looked out onto the carpark and therefore had to keep the curtains drawn. As an Accor member I got my welcome drink from the bar/restaurant which looked nice and seemed to have a good offering of food. Good as the closest restaurants are a 15 min walk. I also took advantage of a late check out however the cleaning lady still knocked on my door on three occasions during the morning asking when I was going to leave. Overall this is a pleasant hotel and good value for money. However due to the location I would not choose to stay here again.

Sehr interessanter Preis (60€) Aber: - das Zimmer fühlte sehr stark Tabak (Dank Raucher ...) - kein Toilettenpapier, - Duscheraumtür und Duschestange in freundlichem Zustand, - Klimaanlage HS (Das lernen wir erst nach der Buchung ...). Es fiel gut, es machte 30°!! Ohne die lieben Nachbarn zu zählen, die bis zu einer Stunde in dem nebenanen Zimmer oder unter den Fenstern reden (aufgrund des Klimas nicht), aber das ist nicht der Fehler des Hotels.

Un super duo de réceptionnistes, professionnels et très accueillants. Séjour de 4 nuits dans un appartement rénové de catégorie supérieure (très propre).Literie parfaite, kitchenette bien équipée avec toute la vaisselle, les ustensiles, couverts, éponge, torchons, produit vaisselle. Emplacement idéal, au pied de la douane de Moillesulaz avec le tram direct pour Genève. Très satisfaite de mon séjour !

Not a bad little hotel. The hotel itself is not all that interesting, but at least the room was clean. The man on the front desk was helpful. Not sure if they speak English or not since I only spoke French with them. Close by you have a number of restaurants. And you can walk to everything within minutes. There is a cafe/bar to the left, Les Salles Gossses that gets fairly acrive on a weekend. To the right there is a burger place 99 Street Burgers open late, and during the daytime, walk down the street to the right and there is a big square, Place de l'Hotel de Ville with an old-time carousel, and several restaurants. As a stopover on the way to/from Geneva, it's a reasonable option. One negative point though it is minor: this hotel does inexplicably take a 100 euro deposit pre-authorised on credit card. This is a bit ridiculous as there is nothing in the room is worth 100 euros.
