酒店很乾淨，酒店前台很熱情。服務周到，酒店內設有餐廳，到晚上很晚，還有送餐到酒店房間服務，自助早餐大概10英鎊一位，比較實惠

Cozy hotel with friendly personnel. Good quality breakfast. Nice beds. Quiet location. Well-equipped rooms. No refrigerator in the room.

Brilliant staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Clean rooms, just a shame about road noise but it can’t be helped in London. Stayed at the hotel before and the staff were very good. Special thanks to Masha and Alex for brilliant customer service and speedy delivery for the food in the restaurant.

Staff was very lovely. Very professional and attentive from check in all the way to check out..Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and the food tasted amazing. I enjoyed every moment i spend in here and i will definitely be back.

I went to the restaurant just to enjoy do peace and quiet. The place was very clean and the food was great. Sonila in particular was so incredibly nice and helpful. Amazing customer service but not too pushy which I appreciate as some places tend to be too much when you’re just trying to enjoy yourself.

My first time lodging in premier Inn Southgate, I was very impressed with first contact at d check in desk, the staff Rashid Rahman made our check in challenge stress free as my card chip was faulty. He calmly tried other payment options, the room was very clean, bathroom clean n towels n bedsheets were white, clean n bed comfortable. Breakfast was good selection n quality was good I will definitely go back there again.

Stayed for one night. Room was spotless and the hotel was very quiet (felt like we were the only guests despite it being fairly full!) Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was in a good area for Ally Pally and we had a really nice stay. Don't normally have breakfast but it was raining the next morning and not knowing the area well, we decided to stay, food was lovely and plenty of it. Staff are great, but in the evening, there were a few people in the restaurant and bar and we waiting ages to be served drinks, there were only 2 staff. Despite that both were friendly and really polite (I just think they could have done with an extra pair of hands!) Recommend though as it's quiet, clean and staff are friendly.

Perfect for travel to central London, 5 min walk to the tube, comfortable, friendly and clean! Staff went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction form check in to check out. Great food served and a really enjoyable stay . You know what you get with a premier inn and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

y stay at this particular Premier Inn was pretty much very average! Lack of staff in the restaurant was the worst experience ever. 30 minutes to wait for a starter and another 30 minutes for the main course. Massive thank you to Mantas, Bibi and Maria who managed a very busy restaurant, together with checking in new arrivals and pressing the buzzer to allow people to park in the opposite side to the hotel. Premier Inn management and head office please take note. The above mentioned staff are a massive credit to your organisation.
